Dear Customer Support Team, I have been using your product for the third time, and this time I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the diapers received. I believe the product delivered to me is defective. My babyโs urine is not getting absorbed properly and is collecting at one place, causing the diaper to swell like jelly. I usually change my babyโs diaper every 3โ4 hours, so this issue is not due to delayed changing. Apart from the absorption issue, the fitting of this batch is also completely different. The tapes are positioned too low, and because of this, leakage is happening from all sides. The cutting and shape of the diaper also appear improper. I have attached photos for your reference. Before sharing this issue on social media, I am giving you an opportunity to investigate and take proper action. I request you to either provide a full refund or replace the defective pack immediately. Please treat this as a serious quality concern, as this product is being used for a 1.5 months babyโs comfort and safety. I expect a prompt resolution from your end.
