Okay.
Okay, but it's a little outdated

Boring and Inadequate
This is meant to be a beginner's programming book and it does a mediocre job at that. It lacks interesting programs and has a too few exercises. Its probably ok to meet the IGCSE syllabus requirements since there are no better alternatives AFAIK but I wouldn't recommend it and will be looking for something better.
