200P Small Magnets, 4x2mm Rare Earth Magnets

I bought these for sticking spice jars to my fridge and they work pretty well for that. I needed a couple at a time to get the jars to stick, but that’s not because the magnets are weak, it’s because the jars are glass. They’re small and smooth, but be careful because they break easily. I haven’t had any break inside my jars, but when they’re just stuck to the fridge, sometimes they’ll chip. They hold a decent amount for their size, too. I mentioned that I need a couple for glass jars, but a full jar of garlic is pretty heavy for a magnet. The neodymium bois are pretty skookum. Especially for their size.

I ordered these magnets to use on some epoxy resin items I wanted to turn into fridge magnets. The items are small, and not heavy so these worth great. I adhere them with UV Resin and use a UV flashlight to cure them. It works great since these do not have adhesive backs. These work great for light objects but would not hold heavy objects. This is exactly what I wanted. And I get 320 of them in one set.

They are good but what i needed them they were not strong enough so I had to use alot more than I was expected but overall not bad

edit: sep 5, 2026 I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars. I have recently discovered that I was comparing these magnets by vskiz (6x2mm) to my 6x3mm which is already unfair, but my 6x3mm magnets are also n52 which is about 3 times stronger than other magnets with the same dimensions. The extra mm in height really adds quite a bit of OOMPH in magnets this small, but that n52 rating is like bringing a bazooka to a pickleball match. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is simply because the sizing is not 100% consistent nor is the strength of each magnet. While they are pretty close to accurate, and all the magnets are pretty close in terms of magnetic pull, there is some fluctuation with both of those areas. But i still consider these worth recommending, and in fact, I just purchased them again, so that should tell you they're good. end of edit. original review below: pay no attention to my babbling or snobbery. I was not as smart as I thought i was when reviewing the first time. I'm a magnet snob and I mean that very literally. I work with a lot of magnets. Not in a professional sense but in a "magnets are like duct tape and can fix anything" DIY sense. I mean that as literally as possible. At this moment I probably have over 5,000 magnets of varying sizes. I just love them, I love having them, and I always have several thousand on hand, whether it's big ones or little ones or whatever. I just enjoy having magnets for different tasks. Since I got into 3D printing, 6x2mm is widely accepted as a standard for most 3D print projects. Especially if you've ever heard of Gridfinity, you already know 6x2mm is the standard And I am setting up Gridfinity in an all-steel toolbox... three toolboxes actually. I decided to go all out on the magnets since I have them and I like magnets anyway. That means I have a lot of experience with 6x2mm magnets. I would call these ones mediocre at best. That's not necessarily a bad thing. You have to understand that a magnet that's too powerful is as worthless as a magnet that's not powerful enough for certain projects. When it comes to grid affinity and other organization systems where you need to be able to detach and reattach very quickly without using two hands, less is more. I'm not necessarily deducting stars because of their low magnetic field properties. In fact if I was grading them strictly on their application in the grid affinity system, I would probably give them five stars simply because they're not too strong and they're pretty close to the advertised measurements. If you check my pictures, you'll see that they're pretty much right on for 6 mm and just a smidge under 2 mm in thickness but just as far as magnets go they're outrageously weak and that's not just because they are slightly undersized. Here I have some 3x 2 mm magnets that are stronger than these. If I put four of these magnets in one grid affinity bin, it barely hangs on the side of my toolbox. I have some other magnets that are 6x 2 mm that only require one to hold the same size bin on the side of the same toolbox. That's why I'm choosing to dock them two stars. They're pretty good in the Gridfinity system depending on how you plan on using them but if you're looking for strong magnets, you should probably look elsewhere. Again as 3D printing projects go, especially Gridfinity, I'm going to give them four and a half stars but in the real world when you have plenty of choices on Amazon, you could do a lot better

I put a magnet on one of my wifes wine openers that she takes on trips and it is pretty heavy and 1 magnet held it on the refrigerator. I really like the capabilities of it for its smaller size. One of the pictures show the size in reference to an American Nickel. Great strength for the price. I will buy again. I bought them to do a cool project with the Grandsons and our polished rocks they cut and made.

The case on this one is a little bit big for the magnets but at least it is a nice solid case. It's important thing for me because I do have a bunch of the magnets and I like to keep the sizes separate. The magnets are the six by twos and they are the right size for the projects I'm going to do. I probably order some 3 mm deep ones as well

They are practical, but the magnet isn't that strong! However, they work perfectly for lightweight items. They aren't recommended if you want to stick up something heavy.
