24v 500w Motor Speed Controller for DC Brushed Motor

I have had to purchase some crimpers and connectors as my bike had female ends where this controller expected male. However, even through those problems they have worked flawlessly! I have three MX350s for my kids and it’s worked on all three so far. Another note, the connector descriptions are all in Chinese and had to use the photo version of Google translate to understand the wiring diagram. I wish it came with a proper manual in English.

I used to speed controller in my daughter's power Wheels quad. It worked very well. Happy with the product. The instructions aren't great so you have to look up a video on how to do it. The good thing is there's plenty of available on YouTube.

I bought this because, except for the sticker, it looked identical to the one I was replacing. I also bought a new hall sensor throttle to go with it. As luck would have it, the hall sensor throttle I bought was a cheapo "Amazon Pick", as was this controller; and I didn't think to check before assembling it to make sure it was wired according to the low-voltage standard: black=ground, red=hot, green=signal. So.. Long story short: I can't return either the burned out controller or the burned out hall throttle, but I just wanted to note (going back to the two controllers looking identical): that yes it did turn out to be the same circuit as the one I was replacing; albeit in miniature micro-circuitry. Which might explain why it only took half a second to blow up. But, that's everything nowadays.. Life goes on.

This fit perfectly into my SunL Tiger and wired into most of the components seamlessly. the only issue i had was wiring in the motor , the wiring was in reverse so i had to splice a few wires and get it to work but with no issue (if you do it properly) the past month the controller has Exceeded the performance of the original with no issues. If anyone experiences any issues with acceleration the fuse link may be the culprit ;)

Using two of these controllers on a modified power wheels-one for each motor. Works great very responsive all the way through the range of the pedal when pressed. This controller uses a 3 wire hall effect type throttle. There is a wiring diagram in English on the back of the unit so wiring up is easy. There are 2 wires labeled "key". These must either connect to a switch of some sort or be connected together for the controller to operate.

This controller is as advertised. Worked perfectly and delivers that bit of extra you want for your Razor. You will have to swap a couple of plugs, reverse the motor wire, each step isn't tough and the results are better than expected. Adding a variable speed throttle is very nice and will take a bit of time to wire in but worth it as well. IMPORTANT! - To have your Scooters batteries charge. You must have the power-switch on if not it will not charge. The Razor charger needs a signal from the battery to know if they are in need of charging. Failing to do this will result in no charging and a blinking Red/Green light on your charger. CON- It would be nice to have the plugs in English.
