This is a review of the CLXEast Wall Clock. I’ve had it for about a year and it is still running great. I did have to replace the batteries for the gear turning mechanism once but other than that, no issues. Pros: the design is awesome and a real eye catcher. It is very unique and probably the color palette of a penny. The turning gears are cool, and I like the Roman numerals. Cons: The only issue with this clock is because the face isn’t white it’s not as obviously easy to read, so depending on the light you may or may not like that. I think it would be neat to offer an upgraded version with a remote where I could turn the turning gears on/off as well as light it up with LEDs at night. Bottom line: the clock is still a great value for the money, and it would look great in a living room or office.

This clock is amazingly beautiful ! 15" is nice sized, gears move smoothly & just a stunning piece of wall art ! Definitely recommend !

Beautiful quality metal & glass clock with moving cog gears. Impressed how nice this is. The white numbers on the glass look etched. The moving brass gears on black background are striking - as if in shadow box. The clock hands are silver color for contrast. Have in living room. Quiet operation. Can’t speak to battery life at this time. Everyone comments on how cool the gear movement is. It looks more expensive than it was.

This is a beautiful piece and runs completely quiet. There can be significant glare off the glass, making it difficult to read the time. I got the ones with the white hands, which does make it easier to read against the background of the gears.

Love this clock beat the expectations!

I can’t speak about its function, BUT I searched long and hard for a clock fit for a mechanic’s shop (because his location changed just last week). Before my husband delivered it to him, I opened it to look at it it and not only was it the perfect size, but you could easily read the time with the white hands on a black background (where of the ones I viewed before this one were difficult to read the time because of the coloring of the hands and background were too close in color). In my husband’s words, “you picked out a good one, honey!” The only thing that scared me before I opened it was that there was a hole torn on the box! However, the clock itself was covered in styrofoam abd secured with tape all around it, so even if the delivery guy threw it around without caring, the clock was protected and did not get damaged! I love that the gears move as well! I did purchase the 2 year warrantee just in case it stopped working at any point. The mechanic loved his gift as well, so I am very satisfied with this purchase!!

This clock comes in gold and bronze, and also a gray or silver version. I like the gold and bronze because from across the room, there was better contrast and you could see the numbers easier. But my room is grey tones, and it didn’t match the gold/bronze clock, but that’s the one I bought because of the contrast. I just bought an acrylic paint and I painted the outer band that was gold and now it matches the gray on the inside of the clock so it was a win-win for me. The clock great value. It’s a wonderful conversation piece and I absolutely love having it in my living room. One of the things I like best about this clock is it silent, it doesn’t hum or tick like other moving clocks.

This is a beautiful clock, and we love the way it looks in our home. The only negative I have noticed is that the hands of the clock are a color very similar to the face of the clock, and distinguishing the hands took both my husband and me a little adjustment period (we are both almost 80, I might add). I've acclimated to it now and can tell the time immediately. If you want to watch the gears turn, you have to install two additional batteries. I'm fine with that, and it is fun to watch them. However, changing them means taking the heavy clock down from the wall, which requires a ladder in our house, so I'm anxious to see how often we have to do it. We may install the two extra batteries only for special occasions. Overall, I'm very happy with the clock.
