If you are looking for great value as well as quality, this pair of shredded mem-foam pillows for $39 represent the better of the many similar options out there. No muss packaging, no smells and the ability to use them almost right away is fabulous. I just needed to fluff them up for a minute or two and they were back to what these pillows should look and feel like. I did not have to put them in the dryer as recommended and just airing them out out in the open for a few hours were plenty enough. Although the covers are washable, I felt comfortable sliding them into pillow cases that suited our style. I'm sending a pair off these to college housing with my son and he was very complimentary about their comfort, firmness, shape retention and weight profile. No regrets with these for now.

An excellent pillow with plenty of support. It has both an inner zipper case and an outer zipper case. The materials all seem like good quality. You can adjust the support by removing the filler from the inner case. The outer case has a nice thick material that seems to stay cool.

Just got them and had one of the best naps ever, they are extremely comfy and cool, during this heat this is the pillow that I would definitely use every night!

I purchased two queen and two king pillows after trying out my husbands new bamboo pillow he bought for his recliner. We have needed new pillows for a little while now, and I’ve been curious about bamboo pillows. My husband bought one for a steal from the local grocery store. So, I ordered these. Wow! They are a game changer when it comes to comfort and cool - literally. They’re just firm enough, and actually help me rest much better. I’m older, and I tend to stay hot, and since purchasing these pillows, I sleep much cooler. I followed the directions, and laundered the pillow cases, but when one of the queen cases was ready to be put on the fully fluffed pillow, I noticed there was a big hole where the zipper pulled from the fabric. This happened within the first 48 hours of owning these pillows. I thought I was reaching out to the company to inquire how to get a replacement case, but I haven’t heard back. Aside from that, I’m very pleased after owning these pillows less than a month now. I sleep much more comfortably, finally.

So, as the directions say, I did need to air out these pillows after they were received for several days. I ordered them in the winter time, during a less sunny time, so maybe that's why it took longer to get rid of the brand new stuffing shell, but after I did that, the smell is completely gone and these pillows are wonderful. The pillows are nice and cool in temperature because they are very breathable, and I deeply appreciate that about them, as I'm a very warm sleeper. It took me another few nights to adjust the filling to my necessary preferences I was willing to put in that effort to hopefully finally find a pillow that helped me sleep more comfortably. I have a lot of neck/shoulder tension, and had never found a pillow that helped with that before. I have tried several other new pillows, often with interesting shapes that claimed to help with shoulder and neck tension and never really did. This pillow, while it did take some adjustment, it has been completely worth it. It's also from a small, family business, so that impresses me still further. I got a personal note with my pillow, and minimal packaging. I deeply appreciate all those economic and personal touches. I finally have a pillow that adjusts to me and my body and what it needs. I can shmush it into the shape I feel comfortable with at that moment. If there's a better pillow out there, then I have not been able to find it. For the record, I've spent over $100 on a pillow before and had to send it back, because it didn't work for me for some reason, so I've really tried. This is the first pillow that I've found that has been helpful and supportive for my body throughout the night, and it's much more affordable than the others. I'm deeply grateful for this find and I highly recommend it for anyone else with severe neck/shoulder tension.

I only recieved my pillow earlier today and it expanded right away! No need to wait days which is nice. There is a very slight smell which I'm sure will dissipate in a few days, but it is not at all so strong its unbearable to sleep on. I have bad shoulder, neck, and hip pain and got no sleep last night so soon as I got this pillow I took a nap. I have not washed it yet and have sensitive skin and I so far have not had any reactions to it. There is quite a bit of stuffing which I prefer to be that way cause it's nice to take some out and be able to add it in the future when it needs it. I filled the second pillowcase half full with extra stuffing.. some people may be able to make two pillows with the amount of stuffing provided. I think I got it at the perfect hight now. For those who say it's lumpy after you removed stuffing you really just need a bit of patience and work the stuffing around to make it even. The pillowcase is soft and cooling which is exactly what I need on these hot summer nights. There is only one thing I'm concerned about and that is the zippers, which to me isn't a big deal. I think as long as your gentle with it then it will be fine but if it does break there is the extra pillowcase and if absolutely necessary you can always replace the zipper. That might sound like to much work for some people but I figure if I have finally found a comfortable pillow I'm willing to put in a little extra work to take care of it. I will update in the future after I have had more time with my new pillow.

Was considering one of the $100+ pillows like the Pillow Cube or the My Pillow, with that loud mustachio clown. Very glad I went with Bamboo instead, worth every penny. I've only had it a few weeks, but I noticed the improvement in my head/neck comfort on night ONE. Definitely a firmer pillow, which I only recently realized was what I needed. I was finding myself folding my pillows in half or putting my hands between my head and pillow, which made me realize that I needed more support. Primarily a front and side sleeper, and I toss and turn so much less now. Have yet to wake up with a sore neck or feeling like I "slept funny". Really hoping it maintains it's shape and holds up, but so far this pillow has been perfect. Would've been nice if it came with a pillow cover, but whatever. Highly recommended if you need a firmer pillow and often sleep on your face or side. Would definitely buy again.

This is an overall negative review, but it's complicated, and I want to be fair to the company. I'm a woman at that age where finding cooler bedding is essential. I looked at some websites, and they all seemed to rave about the magical cooling powers of bamboo. I looked at the products these websites suggested, and they were more expensive. So, I came to Amazon for cheaper alternatives. Yes, I saw that these were bamboo shells with regular foam filling. However, I've never purchased pillows with foam filling before this, so I didn't realize that the gassing was so intense. I'm sorry to be so mean, but THEY STUNK! I unwrapped them and gave them 24 hours, as instructed. I put them in the dryer as instructed. I gave them a few more days to air out. The smell did dissipate quite a bit, but when I laid my head down on the pillow, it still smelled of something close to gasoline. I was afraid it was going to set off my allergies. I'm already having such a hard time sleeping. I couldn't put up with this too, so I returned them. Pro: They are comfortable. They were perhaps a bit too full for my taste, but they were comfortable (squishy, yet supportive). And can’t beat the price! Con: I'm not sure they were cooler than a regular pillow though. And the gassing was too much. Then I learned another thing about bamboo. Yes, it starts off as a natural fiber, but once it's processed and made into bamboo rayon, it's no longer a natural fiber, and is about as bad for the planet as any other type of rayon. Boo! The company was kind. They let me return their product (through Amazon). I'm grateful.

O Travesseiro é ótimo, mas veio com pouca espuma. Na foto esta mais cheio.Ficou um pouco baixo pra mim. Quero saber se tem como colocar mais espuma ora ficar mais alto.

Llegó con manchas marrones tanto en la almohada como en la funda de repuesto. Supongo que estuvo expuesta al agua y se mojó en algún momento. No huele mal, pero no es normal recibir un producto tan sucio... Además, aunque en la descripción dice 120 cm, en realidad solo mide 100 cm una vez rellena.
