It works!
It works! Since I've been taking this, I sleep more soundly. I have a restful night and do not get up groggy. Definitely will recommend. I used to buy 2 month supply but it's been working so I've committed to a 6 month supply.

Great for sleep
I struggle with sleep so I take these about 1 to 2 hours before bed and they help me relax, fall alseep and stay asleep for longer. They dont keep you asleep but they help in reducing the time youre awake in the night. I get vivid dreams when im in a light sleep but this is usually when id be awake and struggling to get back to sleep. Vivid dreams are a common affect when taking any form of magnesium glycinate. Very happy with this product and i will be purchasing them again when I run out!

It is helpful, helps me have deeper sleep. It does taste like fish though

Good quality magnesium Glycinate.
I take two magnesium Glycinate every night. I get a better quality of sleep and really helps alot with muscle spasms, I suffered alot with spasms, big difference taking these.

Highly effective
Works very well, I used to have very severe cramps on a regular basis, both legs would cramp from ankle to groin and last 10 minutes or more. Have been taking this supplement for 7 weeks now and have only had 1 minor cramp that lasted a couple of minutes. Very effective and highly recommended .

Upset your tummy
This is great for restless legs.. didn't help much with my sleep. Had to stop using it as gave me an upset tummy..

Il paraît que il faut attendre entre deux et trois mois pour voir des résultats, je l’ai acheté pour mon fils TDAIH que à du mal à s’endormir Malgré les gélules un peu grandes, il n’a pas trouvé de mal à les avaler Elles non pas de goût particulier, c’est super Ça fait une semaine qu’il les prends, pas d’effet secondaire
