Is this product kiln dried? The description says "special drying method" without any further clarification

Dear customer, we use kiln dried method to process our pine wood. Our solid kiln dried wood is simply put through a high heat process to keep the wood dried and toxic-free. During the process, a high temperature helps kill bacteria and mold in the wood, so it is completely safe for any kind of pets.

Does the rope break easily?

Dear Customer, our hemp ropes are made 5 times thicker. They are tested by our Flemish Giant rabbit officemate Cinnabun! Definitely not that easy to break!
