Sweet Treat, Reusable Ice Cream Container for Homemade Ice Cream, Raspberry - 1 Quart Stackable Storage Tubs with Silicone Lids for Freezer - BPA-Free & Dishwasher-Safe

I hate plastic. These are the only plastic items in my kitchen apart from my Pyrex lids. However, they are bpa free and I haven’t found anything else for my homemade icecream that is as functional as these. I love the Tovolo multi colored silicone lids for icecream identification. The tub itself is matte finish on the outside and smooth and shiny on the inside making scooping easier. Be aware when purchasing that Tovolo also make six oz tubs as well as the 1qt and they look identical in the photos, so read the descriptions carefully to get the right size. I may get some 6oz ones too with the same colored lids, for any excess as sometimes the 1qt isn’t quite large enough especially if I have added fruit. Otherwise, I may get some of the 2.5qt long tubs also by Tovolo. I am very pleased with these cute icecream tubs. Unfortunately it makes me want to make more icecream and someone then has to eat it so perhaps the tubs should come with a cholesterol warning lol. I do want to try making some healthier versions but then, life is short and the summers are long in Arizona, and there are so many icecream flavors yet to explore! Peach passionfruit is up next.... I got this container to store homemade ice cream, and it works great! It is airtight, so it keeps the flavor fresh and seals nicely. I like that it's stackable and is made from a good thick plastic that is high quality. A nice tight lid is the key. The colors are cheerful! I don't color code my freezer, since I'm just not that organized, but I can see buying many colors of these so I could have the strawberry ice cream in this one and the mint ice cream in an aqua lid, etc. The size is just right to fit one batch of ice cream from my Cuisinart electric ice cream maker.

Had a hard time finding good containers after buying the cuisinart ice cream maker. These are THE BEST! 10/10 quality. Went to my cousins for a party and she had 3 of these filled w/ home made ice cream and I immediately hopped on Amazon to buy! They are sturdy and durable and somehow have a real ice cream carton feel! Yes they are pricey but WORTH IT, and seem like they will last forever! Love that the lid is silicone…and is a nice tight seal but super easy to open right out of the freezer. Add to cart, and enjoy!!

I got these to pre-portion out ice cream and frozen yogurt. At 6oz each, each cup is about one serving size for most frozen desserts. Its a little pricey for what it is, (...basically tupperware) but in the end I've found them to be worth it. The plastic is strong and cleans well. I noticed the silicone lids close and force air out which makes a nice airtight seal for the icecream. Since the plastic is thick and sturdy amd gets cold in the freezer, it helps keep the ie cream cold while you eat it which i love. They also fit neatly in the fridge and are easy to clean with no silly edges or crevices like some Tupperware have. They've helped on my health journey for sure making portioning easier and I've found 6oz is a satisfying amount. It gives me the feel or experience of eating a pint without actually eating a pint lol.

Perfect size for 2 people and more when I make ice cream. My ice cream freeze to perfection no ice. Love it.

If you make your own ice cream, ice milk or sorbet, get these. I have two and they are so much better than some reused plastic tubs. I love mine!

I bought these in 2018. 6 years ago. They are as good as new. They are perfect for desserts, pudding, ice cream. They hold 3/4 cup. They are perfect for any kind of a dessert when you are watching what you eat and trying to keep your portions reasonable. I know that most Americans are not used to eating 3/4 of a cup of ice, cream, cream or anything else. I think that’s why there is so many negative reviews. if you are used to sitting down and eating a pint of ice cream or a quarter of ice cream, then you will find these too small. If you are looking something to hold a reasonable healthy sized portion of any kind of a dessert, especially puddings, these are perfect , they won’t leak, they freeze well, and they last forever. I love them. I am buying four more today because I want to have eight. The ones I bought in 2018 are still as good as new. Highly recommend.

Ótimo recipiente, bem resistente. O pote é feito de um material mais rigido, a tampa de um tipo de silicone bem flexivel que não congela e veda bem O tamanho é pequeno, uma porção individual. Na minha opinião vale a pena se você quer controlar a quantidade de sorvete que ira consumir, ou recebe visitas e nao quer sujar tantos recipientes, assim fica individualidado. O legal é que da pra usar cada uma das cores de tampa para um sabor, para isso, vale a pena comprar uns 3 ou 4 kits

I love that the lids are easy to take on and off straight from the freezer, and the tub is tough and easy to scoop out of. Perfect size for most of my ice cream recipes I now have bought 7 of these from Amazon -- so many great colours. I love that the 2 qt Tovolo traveller container is the perfect size to fit one of these tubs, I just remove the lid and it slides right in.

These pots are a ridiculous price, but: o if you make your own ice cream o if you want to serve it in individual portions then they are an essential purchase!
