I had a rhombus (major, I think) muscle problem recently. Very tight and particularly sore when I twisted my neck. A massage therapist suggested a tennis ball to roll it out, or better still she said a dense foam ball would be even better. So, I ordered this one and though it could be coincidental timing the affected are feels 10x better after a week of daily use. It is really quite expensive for what it is - just dense foam. So perhaps a cheap one would have worked just as well. But either way, it has worked very well for me for was money well spent.

Happy with this ball. I have had some heel pain and its perfect for rolling under the foot/heel. Just enough give. A tennis ball is about the same size but too soft. Nice pattern and light and feels durable enough to last. Just a bit expensive for what it is a ball. However I'm happy with my purchase and rolling with it!

Best ball I've used. Firm but not rock hard. It's a good size, its light and the grippy foam outer is perfect for rolling them knots out. Very happy, exactly what ive been looking for.

I was recommended this by my physio for my shoulders and neck and it really works for ease in between treatments. Only down side don’t use it on a light wall the black does come off a bit and mark. Size no bigger than a tennis ball

Really good. I've had what feels like a brick in my left shoulder. After one use I could feel it kneeling the nodules and the pain is going away nicely 👌

Good but needs to be bit more solid (or harder) as it has gone slightly out of shape after it has been used a few times. (I am not overweight but 5ft 6 and just under 8 stone)

Cette balle m'a soulagée de mes douleurs plantaires (épine calcanéenne). Ce n'est pas miraculeux mais ça m'a beaucoup aidé au moment de me lever, le massage sous le pied m'aidait ensuite à me mettre debout en souffrant un peu moins. C'est une balle de bonne qualité et utile pour les massages !

Als Ergänzung zu unflexiblen Faszienbällen habe ich mich noch nach einem etwas weicheren Ball umgesehen. Mit diesem hier habe ich die richtige Entscheidung getroffen. Er hat genau den richtigen Härtegrad, d.h. er gibt leicht nach, aber nicht in dem Maß, wie ich es leider oft bei billigen Produkten erleben musste. Auch ist er bisher formstabil. Die ideale Massage auch bei verklebten Faszien oder Schmerzen. Wirklich ein tolles Produkt und von guter Qualität.

As advertised. This unassuming little ball gets right to the muscles you want to kneed. I highly recommend.
