Allergy Relief Dog Chews - Itchy Skin Relief with Omega 3 + Probiotics

I want to start by saying that our dog had started scratching constantly and it went on for about 6 months. I looked at other products but they were pretty pricey for something that you aren’t sure will work. I saw this product and it was on sale, and had good reviews. After approximately 1 month of using it she had having less scratching. Now at 1.5 months she has stopped scratching completely. This stuff really works and I just purchased another jar of it. She also eats it as a “treat” with no issues about taste. I also put it on top of her food the times when she doesn’t want it and she eats it right up. It is so nice not to have her scratching constantly anymore.

I like the convenience of the allergy chews for my dogs, especially my Collie mix that scratches herself raw. She's had noticeably less scratching and it's easy to give her each dose. The problem is with my little Shih Tzu. She won't eat the chews and when I am able to get her to eat them, she still scratches and bites her feet, so I feel like they aren't helping her as much. I would still recommend for the difference I've seen in my other dogs.

I bought these chews on a whim because I was running out of ideas on what to do for his itchy skin. His belly used to be red all over. I started using these chews, (changing nothing else) and his skin cleared up to its normal color in about 2 weeks. He still rolls around on grass (which is the source of his allergy), uses the same shampoo, eats the same food, has the same schedule, and his redness is gone. He is still a little itchy but it's only natural because you can't keep a dog away from grass, but where he might scratch an itch maybe once or twice a day it's great. He used to scratch himself raw like a maniac. So I'd say these worked great. The chews are more yellow than in the picture but that's more than likely bc of the turmeric so I wasn't concerned about it. He eats them in his food or as treats, they must taste good to him because he gobbles it up quick.

The one on the right is the old version. My dog used to love these but know its takes him a while to eat it he plays around with it a lot before eating it and the treat visually has a different color to it and a slightly smaller size. The branding looks a little different too and I know I didn’t get a different item because I have subscribe and save on this item, so I get auto shipments of this product delivered to me every month. It sucks bc my dog really like this and they seem to help but I might have to get another brand, also tried to return these but you cant.

I purchased this because it’s allergy season and my 1yr old English setter had the itches bad. We decided to try this before a vet visit. She was taking exactly as directed for a week. My 5 year old catahoula had mild itching so mid way through the week he started taking them as well. So we are now moving into the second week, I wake up to let my dogs outside and my male catahoula is not moving, I thought he was just being lazy until 2 hours pass and I go to let him out again an he simply can not get up. Horror strikes! I live in a very small town and there are no vets open till the following day. He’s back legs are not moving. He’s not showing pain when I look them over no scratches, bites, broken skin, nothing that I can see. Even checked in between his toes to see if he got a splinter. Crying most of the day/night thinking he is paralyzed wondering if I can lift a 80 pound dog into a truck alone and travel to the nearest big city to search for a vet on a Sunday. I had no option but to wait till the morning. I get little to no sleep jump up to check on him and he now is using his legs. He’s never had a health issue EVER. I call a few of my dog breeder friends tell them everything they said it could be arthritis and to purchase joint supplements. I did. The next day my 1 yr old English setter now has a limp. I panicked went through my entire yard looking for anything that could be the cause of both of my very healthy babies suddenly becoming lame. Nothing in their diet or lifestyle has changed aside from the allergy supplements. Upon reading the reviews SPECIFICALLY THE 3-1 star reviews. I was horrified to read other ppl pets LEGS BECOMING PARALYZED!!! They have stopped taking them she still has a mild limp in her back leg. I assume it’s taking longer to leave her system because she was on it for over a week. I messaged the seller and have heard nothing. I let Amazon know of this as it is a huge concern. Please look elsewhere. I have no idea what the lasting effect will have on my dogs.

Kylo has bad skin allergies. We were doing the shot, it stopped working. I looked all over and read so many reviews. This one stood out of the pack so I tried. It worked great. He does not itch or chew his fur anymore. Hope this helps your pup, they are all different and for a couple of bucks its worth the try.

Small dog bite size chews so you have to scale up to four for large dogs. Still there is 120 chews per jar, so a month supply for one large dog. My Golden Retrieve loves them. Too early to tell if they work but at least easy to give to your dog.
