These are great. After 1 hour you’ll want to fall asleep. 6 or 7 hours later, not too groggy. Bitter, but small and easy to swallow. 1/2 pill is pretty effective as well.

I only need to take half of one 45 minutes before bed. Has a calming effect, but does cause some morning drowsiness. Start out with taking half one before attempting to take a full pill, especially if you have to be alert and attentive the next morning [edit to add] As of june 1st i stopped taking this because it caused gas, pain and bloating. Be advised

So! Did you know this productvtest positive for methadone? I stopped on the Turkish border and the guards tested all my vitamins and this sleep aid. Great experience overall. Met some very nice guards and a prosecutor. Luckily for me, pee and blood test came back 100% clean. The prosecutor took me out to a late lunch and dropped me off at the hitchhiking point. They actually took all mine so i never tried it but i suspect this really knocks you out so i am rating it 5 stars.

Best sleep aid, better than melatonin. No weird dreams, and you’ll naturally fall asleep within the hour. I stay asleep all night with this and wake up not feeling groggy or anything. Can’t recommend enough.
