Good Sylvox TV

Lost a star , sound is kinda weird and tinny, despite having lots of sound options none of the settings give decent sound. It's required to set up an android account on this tv. If you are not familiar with mobile phones then this may cause you a problem. Once set up its a good tv. Crisp clear picture and fast operation.

There was an issue after 2 weeks with shadow on the screen. After contacting SYLVOX directly with video evidence of fault. SYLVOX promptly replied, requesting purchase number and model. Within a day they responded stating a new one is on its way "Warranty". Therefore i am more than happy to recommend not just the product for ease of use but also aftersales.

Item came faulty with a large black line down the screen. No visable damage to the box or TV, purchased due to its claims of a robust shock resistant built for touring in mind. Unfortunately had to send it back

i didn’t realise it was a google tv but after i tuned it in it has a great picture and good sound, now the test will be when i move around the country and retune it, hopefully it will be ok

I’m really pleased with this TV in my caravan, key points are modern frameless design, sharp picture and decent sound. I’ve paired with an Amazon fire stick and all is good - recommended!

Great tv for the motorhome. Set up is really easy and the picture is really good. Sound quality is OK but what do you expect for a small tv and there were no batteries for the remote. Would definitely buy again.

I really like this light-weight TV, but for now I will be using it in my new home until I get my dream RV. It is easy-to-navigate, easy UI, and works as expected with clear picture and great audio. I like that it has a full HD TV support DC 12V/24V power supply, DC wide voltage 10.5V-28V. Full HD quality and even has FM radio functionality, so I can listen to my favorite radio stations at home if I want to. Built-in DVD player and supports a multiple type of inputs. I am not sure if I will take it on the road or might just need to buy another one, so I can keep one at home. I am very impressed and I highly recommend it.

excellent téléviseur je m en serv pour mon chalet sur petite pile de perceuse 20 volts ca fonctionne tres bien juste qua 4 heur d utilisation le téléviseur est tres claire sur beaucoup d angle et le dvd fonctionne bien aussi j en racheterais encore et meme la radio le son est pas tres fort sinon de la distortion mais je suis tres satisfait le temp nous le dira

Purchased for our camping trailer. The TV says 1080p, but the built in DVD player plays 480. The image is great when connected to our Roku, but the image degrades considerably when you view a HD DVD. The buttons on the remote are confusing at first, but it operates just fine. I don't need to watch HD TV while camping, and when viewed from a few feet away it looks just fine. It's not that expensive and I consider it good value, but don't purchase if you are a video aficionado, you will be disappointed. I don't regret my purchase.

I purchased this 5/1/2024 Aug 2024 the DVD player no longer works. The TV worked fine up till now but the volume is way to low to hear in our small travel trailer. I've tried several ways to hook it up to our soundbar without success. After a couple of emails with pictures showing them the DVD read errors I got in touch with "Maggie" a service rep who shipped me a replacement TV, honoring there one year warranty. I increased my rating to 4 stars, the sound is a bit weak when running appliances in our RV.
