The first time I used this incredible machine I made Chinese dumplings. Having the machine turn my pasta into thin sheets made it so much easier and faster to make the wrappers. What a joy! Today we are going to make spaghetti. The wide width makes it so much faster than my Kitchenaid pasta attachments! I was worried because it was not very expensive but I am very pleased with the quality. I'm excited to figure out what to make next!

The resulting noodles are very chewy. Making your own food is delicious and healthy.

Item doesn’t work. Sell refuses to pay for return label. UPS charges $50 for the return. It’s not worth the headache don’t buy.
