Love the appearance!
Bought to replace missing piece on my son's jeep. It was a perfect fit for 2011 wrangler. It was easy to install and much better value than dealership.

Heavy duty antenna base,solid
Bought this to give my JK a more rugged look and love the material it’s made from, very sturdy and looks good. Rugged Ridge gives you black screws to install which is a huge plus to match the base. Purchased the 6” Rugged Ridge antenna and love it. Installed in 10 mins

Great Jeep upgrade for the price!
This cover is made of aluminum and not cheap ABS plastic. The hardest part is removing the OEM antenna base cover without destroying it. Basically YouTube those exact words and you will see a video that only requires you to use a tiny screwdriver. The only thing I had to modify was the gasket, I had to cut it to put t behind the actual antenna base, you will see at I’m talking about when you take it off. Simple install that took me about 10 minutes. Hope this helps….enjoy and happy jeeping!

Once you get the old cover off this install is super easy. If you live in an area with alot of wranglers and want yours to stand out its a great product todo so. Just watch a youtube video to remove old cover.

Nice antenna base option for Jeep Wrangler
Liked it comes with a rubber seal for behind the antenna base. Note that with .50 Cal bullet antennas you will have a problem that it touches the base ridges, resulting in a grounding situation. These antennas must be modified by milling a flat spot for clearance at the back. This is beyond the regular guy. Otherwise use a short stick antenna it fits as long as the bottom has enough clearance , or just the stock antenna is also good. Rugged Ridge should have included that warning on their product, or better yet modify this elite cover so the top 7th protuding ridge is even with the rest of the base.
