Not everybody like spicy food. That is a very spicy.

I bought the Vegan Paneer (Tofu) Makhani and it was a quick and easy meal. I heated it and poured it on warm organic quinoa and then sprinkled it with cumin. It was delicious enough to buy again. So there.

Really lovely spice blend + sauce with coconut, nice level of heat for me ( not too spicy) some nice chunks of tofu although my personal taste is to add a few more. Needs a better tofu to sauce ratio. It tastes restaurant style, I’d totally recommend it + for the price, excellent

Eines der besseren indischen Fertiggerichte. Die Soße schmeckt sehr gut und steht so manchem Inder, bei dem ich schon gegessen habe, in nichts nach. Manchmal habe ich auch schon schlechter frisch gegessen. Die Soße ist sehr cremig und würzig und es befinden sich ein paar Tofuwürfel in ihr, welche als Art Paneerersatz dienen, so dass das Instant Makhani auch als vegane Alternative fungiert. Natürlich sieht das Gericht am Ende nicht so schön aus wie auf der Packung, die Würfel sind wesentlich kleiner und weniger in der Zahl. Die orangene Farbe kommt jedoch in etwa hin. Das Gericht ist leicht scharf, sollte aber auch von Nicht-oft-Scharfessern problemlos vertragen werden. Zu beachten ist, dass der Beutel nicht für die Mikrowelle geeignet ist und die Soße davor in einen anderen behälter muss.Ein Beutel reicht locker für eine Portion. Mir persönlich reicht Reis dazu aus, die Soße lässt sich ggf. aber noch ein bisschen mit frischen Zutaten verbessern. Auch der Preis ist im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Habe auch schon ein paar andere Sorten von Ashoka probiert, aber diese ist eine der besten. Empfehlung meinerseits, wenn man die indische Küche mag.

Maybe I was expecting too much from it. But it’s ok if you are poorly and need a quick meal. Otherwise best to cook it from scratch if you know how to.
