Handy Tool for AC work

Completely unusable out of the box.
We purchased this item with a collection of AC service tools and did not have a chance to use it before the return window closed. Because we do not have the Amazon backed return process, I am generating this review to see if the seller will reach out to me. The main hose connection is faulty cannot connect to the couplers without separating. See attached video.

Quick disconnects do not work with the low loss fitting on the injector
Overall, the injector seems to be of decent quality. It seems like they added a low-loss fitting (check valve) to the end of the outlet hose, where before they were shipped with an open fitting. The check valve does make it easier to not leak oil out of the hose while connecting, but it makes it harder to purge the air out of the hose. All in all not a huge problem but requires some rigging to purge. The main problem I have is that none of the quick disconnects that come with the injector thread far enough into the check valve to depress and open it. So the bundled quick disconnects are not usable with this injector. They work with my manifold hose however so I do have a use for them and I have another quick disconnect that does work with the injector, so I can make this work. However, someone ordering just this kit is not going to be able to use it for the intended purpose.

Solid, effective
Works amazing and helps me inject oil with UV dye into automotive AC systems for diagnosing tough to find leaks. The construction feels solid and the tool is effective and leak-free, simple to use. What more can you ask for?

Quality Oil Dye Injector Kit
I received this AC oil dye injector with a minor issue, I contacted the seller and the issue was resolved in no time, very good and reliable customer service. The injector itself is sturdy and well made, it comes with few adaptors which is great, I used it and it works flawlessly as intended and Iโm sure it will last a long time because of good materials used to make it (Metal instead of Plastic). I definitely recommend it.
