I’ve been really pleased with this bottle and use it regularly. The 1 litre capacity is a great size as I don’t have to constantly refill it, and the hourly drinking guide down the side is genuinely useful for keeping track of how much water I’ve had throughout the day. The lid is particularly good. It locks securely so I’m happy putting the bottle in a bag without worrying about it opening, and the carry ring makes it easy to grab and take around with me. I also really like the overall size for everyday use. The only downside of that larger capacity is that it’s not particularly convenient in the car and doesn’t fit well in standard cup holders. Other than that, I can’t really fault it. It’s well designed, practical and does exactly what I wanted.

I bought this to put in my backpack for work, its narrow design is great as it doesn’t take up much room. It works really well and I’ve had no leaks in my bag. The part you drink from is built in rather than a straw. This makes it a lot easier to clean. It’s easy to use and drink from. There is a small hole like all these style bottles, so if you try drink quickly, some can come out and splash you…I find if the hole is at the top this doesn’t happen though. It is lightweight, however understandably it can be a bit heavy when full due to its capacity.

The colours are a bit different between the two of these we have. One is more vibrant while the other is a bit more washed out in comparison. But both look great. We went with this brand because we were able to find replacement seals for them and that's ended up being a pain for previous bottle we have. Honestly they're just bottles. Others are super similar. But the replacement seals is really what sells it for us. That and the nice look. The notches for thumb and fingers feels good for our larger and smaller hands. And it is more comfortable to hold than other bottles we have. I think they look pretty good to. There are two ways to lock the bottle which is nice. One way is to slide up the button. You can slide the button down at the same time as pushing the button to open it so that's good for just making sure it doesn't get bumped a little without adding any effort to opening it. The other way is flipping up a bit of plastic around the button which holds the lid down so it can't open. That's nice and secure. So far we haven't had any issues with cleaning. I swear some bottles actually attract dirt! That matte finish feels nice and is holding up. No problems with anything. Not a big fan of the motivation text on the side. Would prefer if it was just plain. But whatever. It's not too intrusive.

This is great for every day if you have trouble trying to get your water intake this bottle is great as it has timings on it and little quotes I love mine

These bottles never disappoint

I purchased several ION-8 Recyclon 1L bottles (Rose Quartz, Pink, Aqua Blue). Of these, 2 lids broke, 1 bottle cracked at the seal, and the remaining lid started leaking (even after replacing the rubber seals) within a few months of use. The only bottle that hasn't developed any cracks or a broken lid is the metal 1L one (Periwinkle), but this may be due to lack of use of this one, as I hadn't used it much since getting the plastic ones. I love the aesthetics and the wide mouth of these bottles, and they're a pleasure to drink from, but unfortunately they're not designed with long-term use in mind. Please avoid these at all costs until they start taking durability seriously. A water bottle should last for years, not months.

Works well and lid seems secure but also easy to open

Perfect water bottle. Light weight, no leaking, easy grip grooves on the side to hold, nice hard plastic with zero durability issues over the months. Nice locking mechanism to prevent accidental openings (never had a problem, though). We will be taking this water bottles for our hike in the grand canyon.

Sturdy bottle that is very easy to hold, open and close with one hand, which makes it handy. And the design looks slick as well.

Une gourde de bonne conception, très pratique et avec une bonne contenance. La gourde est graduée en millilitre, le bouchon tient bien, le crochet de transport qui se camoufle parfaitement dans le bouchon est solide et efficace. Seul petit bémol, si on laisse de l'eau un peu trop longtemps, elle prend un très léger gout de plastique un peu désagréable. Je recommande tout de même, ne pas hésiter à ne remplir la gourde qu'à moitié pour éviter le très léger gout de plastique si l'on est long à boire tout son contenant.

Love the colour and size and the markings to track water consumption. However… Within a month of usage, lost a small silicone part and the spring on the lid broke. Tried to contact them about warranty and feedback, but never heard back. Not built to last. Won’t be buying again.
