Ruffwear, Trail Runner Collapsible Dog Bowl, 4.2 Cups (1 L), Blue Pool

I bought this bowl here on Amazon after losing my first, and I'll buy it a third time if I lose it again! This bowl is perfect for a quick break on the go. It's been a regular piece of gear for me and my cattle dog, Otis, hiking in and around the mountains of CO for many years now. It's light enough not to notice and takes up very little space. It fits great in any of Ruffwear's dog packs. I usually hold it in my hand for Otis to drink from on the side of a trail and it works perfectly for that. It stands up on its own, but it's a completely soft bowl made of just synthetic fabric. I wouldn't recommend it as a stationary, day-to-day water bowl. It's easy to pinch the top brim to make a spout to pour water back into a bottle when Otis isn't thirsty anymore. It stuffs into a little pouch that's an integrated part of the bowl, but it's a bit difficult to get it completely packed in there. I find it much easier to just leave it unpacked, especially when me and Otis are mid hike and want to get moving again! Its also easy to turn inside out for drying. Overall, this has become an essential part of my hiking kit when Otis is along for the adventure! I've yet to find another bowl that checks as many boxes for a quick snack or water break!

Bought this so that I could give my dog water at parks with no dog fountain. Lightweight, fits in my running shorts pocket and I forget it's there. Holds a good amount of water and is just wide enough for my dog's enormous snoot. Easy, no-fuss, durable.

Durable, lightweight, and packs small. Only downside is it is difficult to fold it back into its self-storage pouch.

Purchased this to ride along in my truck when my best friend is with me and to go on hikes together. It's small so I was concern it wouldn't hold enough water for my Aussie. In fact, the first time we used it, my Aussie gave me that "are you serious" look. However, his curiosity got the better of him and he started drinking and apparently likes it. I like it cause it folds into itself, very easy to clean and is light weight.

Good overall, nice material. Very difficult to fold it back, easier when the bowl is still wet though. Shape and size is not for medium/large breeds. I think it’s just not worth money spent.

The bowl was flimsy when unfolded and small. If you filled it with water you can't pick it up by the side to move it as the bowl collapses under the weight of the water. The idea is good, but in the end there are $5 collapsible bowls that are far better.

Love using this bowl when I'm out on the trail or traveling with my dog. It folds down so neat and compactly that it almost takes up no space in my pack. I've had no trouble with leaks or durability. I treat it like a normal bowl and wash it in the sink with some soap and it holds up well. It does take some getting used to packing the bowl, but once you get the hang, it only takes a few seconds.

The dog bowl is great for my travels and daily walks with my dog. It is made of leak proof fabric that is easily cleaned, dried and fit into any pocket. Very recommended!

Ich habe einen Napf für den Hunderucksack gesucht, wäre auch echt toll aber eine ummer größer könnte es schon sein. Ich habe einen 18 kg Terrier und einen 30 kg Schäferhund... für den Terrier fast ausreichend aber mit dem Schäfi brauche ich damit nicht ankommen. Material sonst sehr hochwertig und die Idee sehr genial. Der Preis ein bisschen überspitzt meiner Meinung nach

Okay, I already had a collapsable silicone bowl for my dog but kept getting annoyed cause it was bulky. I ordered this one & was SHOCK by how small it folds up. It fits in my pocket, bag or literally anywhere. It holds more than enough water and is so easy to fold back up

Kind of expensive for what it is, but I have to say I’m very pleased with it. Have used it a few times now and worked perfectly. Packs tiny which is why I purchased it. I have a Beagle - and this is a small but good enough sized bowl (so not sure how suitable for big dogs it would be).

Very handy along with the trail running vest for dogs, helps doggo get a good drink from the water bladders he carries

It is much smaller than I anticipated and expensive for what it is, but it does pack away tiny. I do not believe I will fold it so small each time I use it though
