So far so good works as it should highly recommend and the price is not bad either we’ve had it for almost 2 years, no issues and very loud and clear, a cheap phone that does the trick, sound quality is good and the ringtone is good. Also, as far as the durability it’s held up so far.! Definitely would recommend give it a shot

I'm over 70 years old this phone is easy to connect up to my jack. I did put a DSL filter to the cord. It works really good - clear - easy to adjust the ringer . Glad I can also silence the phone from ringing but the top red button let's me know if there is an incoming call. Good price/fast delivery . Answering service comes in letting me know I have a message. Great phone

I like this modern interpretation of the original AT&T trim line®️phone. It has much larger and backlit buttons. It can be set to tone or pulse. You can set the ringer high or low or off. You can either hang it on a wall or set it on a flat surface. It comes with a standard phone wire. I really like that when it rings, it also has a red light on the handle handset. So when it rings, it has a red light on the handset that pulses. Therefore even if you can’t hear it, you can see it ringing. You can set the ringer high or low or off. Five stars for a great re-engineered original trim line®️product with better features.

Much lighter weight plastic than the originals were, feels "cheap", but as a stand alone phone, gets the job done. But, drop it on a tile floor a few times with the short cord, probably gonna chip or crack. Loud ringer, mostly easy to follow button configuration- speed dial, disconnect. Old school simple in the 21st century world. Sparce instructions. More about what at&t warranty doesn't cover than anything else. Lawyers wrote most of the owner's manual. Lol.

Nice house phone

This is a terriable phone. I got it for my mother in a nursing home. It is only used for people to call in. The phone works, but the ringer stopped working. It only has a 30 day return window so it can't be returned for credit. I tried all the settings and could not get it to ring. Replaced it with a new ( less expencive ) phone and it works fine. As a follow-up, I will never purchase a AT&T produce again. It would cost $14 to send a $20 phone back to Texas. AT&T will not even talk to you (Customer Service) unless you have then as your phone provider. Their customer service purly coincidental.

No product support. The website is about cell phones and internet Not corded telephones only telephone service. I figured it out in my own after many Google searches and seeing something. Another problem after fixing that is that theres static when I move the hand set. I don't yet know whether its the cord or the phone, I had to replace the original coil because it was so short that it wouldn't reach from the table to my ear, another thing I dont like. I will try the old coil when I find where I put it to see if its the phone. How I fixed the buzz on the old phone: I noticed that the three way splitter I was using had no DSL port. I had to switch to my old two way, (Amazon doesnt have a DSL/PHONE splitter with three way), and the three way into the phone port of the two way for the two phones. Here's a description of the problem: Plugging it in causes buzzing on my portable phone. Got a dial tone but couldn't call out to my cell phone Maybe im supposed to press something after dialing . I tried chat on their website but decided to go back to Amazon to check the name of the product but when I went back to chat it said chat open on another tab which I had already closed on my end to get Back to Amazon So I cant chat because I cant get to the other tab.

Nice, simple phone. Adjustable ringer volume or I’m using it as a backup landline phone (plugged into walk jack, not using WiFi option) so ringer is turned off.
