So, after setting up a bigger TV in the living room, I wanted something in the bedroom...
My main TV watching area is in the living room, but I knew I wanted a TV in the bedroom as well. I have an antique dresser that I wanted to put the screen so I measured it and realized that I could fit a 50" panel on the dresser. This Toshiba 50" C350 looked like it would be perfect. And for my purposes it is. I can't speak to the Alexa/FireTV capabilities and I've never actually heard the speakers because I already knew I was going to pair it with a stereo paired Apple HomePod Minis. The set up mirrors that of my larger set in the living room (except that's a Samsung 75" 4K QLED TV with a stereo pair of full size Dolby Atmos capable HomePod 2s). All streaming is done through a new AppleTV 4K box that's paired to the HomePod Minis. I'm not using local cable for anything but 1.2 Gbps internet so 4K streaming works perfectly. Set up was easy and I'm blown away with how light this TV is (especially in comparison to the Samsung in the living room). The picture is great for an LED panel and the TV has an almost instant on, I've never seen any sync issues with sound/picture. The only thing that I wish about this TV (and actually ANY current TV) is that I really wish I was able to get a high quality panel that wasn't a "Smart TV". All I want from the panel are picture settings. I will always be sourcing from an external box and I'd rather not have ANY of the devices in my home listening to me. The price was definitely right for this one (I think I paid $239 US). All of that being said, I highly recommend this television, it's been perfect for my needs and I think that anyone else would be quite happy with it!

Amazing deal, great for gaming, cloud gaming, and movies with an excellent picture quality
I was debating between this for $180 and a same size android TV for $140(both 43" 4k). I've had a fire stick but I've never had a fire TV so I wasn't sure. The main thing is that it was low latency. I planned on streaming from my PC and cloud gaming, or using a long hdmi from my PC otherwise. This TV is better than any TV I've had with cloud gaming. Almost zero latency via moonlight streaming from my PC. Unfortunately, you can't srmtream with game pass on the defulat fire TV, but with moonlight working so good it doesn't matter. You can stream any game or movie or anything from your PC with moonlight on the TV and sunshine on the computer. Also works great with Luna. The OS is blazing fast compared to what I'm used to. I've had multiple other smart TVs. My 55" in the living room is a turtle compared to my cheetah of a Toshiba TV. Like my old TV is so slow it can take 1-3 whole seconds to respond to the remote. I haven't had any delay with the remote on this Toshiba TV, and Alexa works great as well on the remote. This TV is a great deal if your looking for a mid size TV for your room to game on and watch movies. Fast, beautiful 4k UHD picture with a 60hz refresh rate(which is great since most budget 4k TVs only go to 30hz). The sound is really good for a TV. Hope this helps!

No-brainer if you already stream Amazon Prime.
SUMMARY: Bright, sharp picture. Vibrant colors. At this price point, youโre getting way more than youโre paying for. First of all, nobody is making money on this TV except maybe Toshiba. This unit is so affordable likely because itโs a loss leader for Amazon Prime and Amazon Music (built in). Itโs like selling a $35 printer, because the profits are made on the ink cartridges. Over the lifetime of this unit, Amazon will make more than enough off streaming subscriptions to offset the initial loss. Iโm sure Netflix and Disney also paid to have their own buttons on the remote, further offsetting the cost of this unit. Keeping the low price in mind, the picture is outstanding. Bright enough for brightly lit rooms. As some have noted, the black point could be darker, but it is not fair to compare this with $1000+ screens. Unless youโre a professional film colorist or you are used to pro-level editing monitors, this is not something youโre going to notice. Previously, we had a non-smart TV with a firestick, so this eliminated one remote. A convenient โsettingsโ button takes you directly to that menu, bypassing all the navigation. Built-in sound is pretty good, but we have a home-theater audio system connected with an optical cable, which truly completes the big-screen experience. (If you donโt want to go all out with 5.1 or 7.1, I have the Toshiba soundbar with subwoofer on another firetv, and it is outstanding.) Settings gives you the ability to adjust for bluetooth audio delay when youโre using buds or phones. Overall, if youโre already an Amazon Prime customer, this is a no-brainer. P.S. The 3-year protection plan is a good investment. I had another, smaller, Toshiba screen develop some thin black horizontal lines near the bottom of the screen after a couple of years, and it paid for the TV.

TV works well. Great picture. Fire architecture not so great!
Good solid tv. Fire OS occasionally hijacks the TV to try to sell me something requiring several clicks on the remote to exit then go where I want to go. That just sucks! I also consider it a privacy concern. I have more crashes with the fire os than the Roku. Overall, great TV but disappointing user experience at times.

Great value for the holiday price!
I've had my tv since Nov. 2023. It plays beautifully, sound is great. Huge selection of programs and free channels. One issue I have is at times channels get caught up in a loop, I would turn tv off and the program sounds would still be playing thru until I unplug it. Secondly and lately the tv has come back on in the middle of the night by itself then a few nights ago in the middle of the night again, the tv was off clearly but a conversation from some movie was coming thru until I unplugged it. Is anyone else having this issue?

Broken Software ruins a great piece of Hardware
The software needed to operate the TV is broken and ruins the experience of such a nice TV screen. I own 2 of these, one at home and one at work. Here are my main issues: 1. It takes about 30 seconds to boot up the TV. This is sad, my old 90's TV's would turn on instantly and this TV takes time to boot up and 30 seconds doesn't sound like a long time until you are just sitting there waiting for the TV to boot up. Feels like I am using a Windows 95 computer every time I boot up the TV. 2. There is no HDMI button on the remote. Sometimes I just want to boot into an HDMI port or switch from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2 quickly (if I am watching two live games at the same time). Yet I cannot; to switch from HDMI to HDMI you have to click the home button, wait a few seconds for the menu to load, scroll over to HDMI, wait for loading, then click on which HDMI you want. This makes switching HDMI's take multiple button presses and multiple wait times. This is ridiculous and should've been looked into ahead of time. 3. Sleep Timer is broken. The Sleep timer for the TV cannot be turned off. Meaning if you want your TV to be on for more than 4 hours you will have to continuously go back and press a button to keep the TV on. Not only that but the timer is broken as I have set the timer for the maximum of 4 hours and my TV could be off anywhere between 30 minutes and 4 hours, the timing is completely random from what I can tell. Now this is less of a big deal as I do not watch TV for more than 4 hours but is an issue at my work. I installed this TV in the lobby of my office and have it displaying the Amazon Photos app slideshow of all the projects we do. The problem is I cannot turn this on and leave it in the lobby for the whole day, I have to continuously go back and check if the slideshow is still playing in the lobby which will seemingly random play for 30 minutes to about 4 hours and then automatically turn off. Making this more of an annoyance than a fun way of marketing. Overall, I use Amazon Fire TV sticks all over my house and I truly like the interface. Yet when I am forced to use the interface because it is built into the TV itself it begins to affect things it never should have messed with such as not have a dedicated HDMI button, having long boot up and load times, and not being able to mess with basic TV functions such as sleep timers. These items should be hardware based and not software based, and it ruins the device in my opinion.

Good quality, easy to get going
Disclaimer: I'm absolutely not someone who is going to nitpick about the picture quality to the point of caring about how truly HD something is. I can tell if the picture is bad or grainy or if there are burned out spots, but otherwise I'm not that concerned about it. What mattered to me is having a TV that made it easier for me to get to everything I have on streaming and to get a slightly better quality than my old TV without paying a lot. This definitely works on those fronts. Navigating settings is pretty straightforward and this thing honestly works pretty decently out of the box. It's not too hard to add a soundbar to this, and odds are good that you'll want to consider one as I'd say the only drawback about this TV I've noticed is that the sound isn't as good as my old one was. Your mileage may vary/tolerance level may as well, but a soundbar fills in that gap nicely. The remote it comes with is honestly pretty much geared to assume you're using Fire to stream (which seems fair - after all, this IS a fire TV, though my Roku would also have plugged in fine if I wanted to keep using it). As I mentioned, the only thing I love less is the sound on this TV and even there it's not a big deal. I'll see how this holds up over time but for now I consider it a pretty good value and wish I'd sprung for it earlier.
