This is a great buy. The roof rack is solidly built and well built. The only bad thing is the branding on the front, but this comes off quite easily apparently.The most surprising thing was the quality of the roof bag. I wasn't expecting much, as it seemed like it was just an add on to make you buy the roof rack, but I drove 450 miles, mostly in heavy rain and wind, and everything stayed perfectly dry. Yes, it's awkward to put on the first time, think I'd load it on the floor next time and lift onto car, but the straps are excellent. Didn't come lose once on the whole journey. Really proud of this whole setup. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting extra cargo space. 10/10

Very heavy but that was expected. Used to transport luggage and equipment on a family holiday between the midlands and Cornwall. Relatively easy to fit to my 23 plate Sportage with additional roof bars but you will need two strong people to seat it correctly. The bag is really thick and good quality. We drove home through torrential rain (worst rain in the uk of the summer all, 7 hours constant all the way home) and all inside was bone dry. No rusting had been seen on it since. I like the ability to split it in half for storage. Sturdy enough for me to hop around on top to load & unload. For security I used a luggage lock. And for piece of mind I purchased a roof rack net but to be honest I don’t think that was needed as the strapping was good enough. Well impressed for the price.

Really happy with the roof cage, especially since it arrived without the garish decal as shown in the picture. It was easy to put together and install.I had read that rust would be an issue, and after a couple of days in the British climate they’re already telltale orange incursions around the welds. The powder coating is thin and scratches easily.I had planned, as other recommended, to coat with a layer of poly based bed liner for longevity, but given the time and expense, and how cheap the cage is, I figured I’ll leave it to the elements and correct later in needed.. which it will.I haven’t tested the bag yet but for the price, I don’t suspect I’ll have many complaints.I’m sure the Halfords equivalent will be much better quality, but they start around £600 and go past £1k+

Excellent roof rack for size.Bit difficult if you are short to load when on top of car.Bag bit tricky to fill and zip due to size of rack.Great sturdy item though ideal.

Top quality roof rack, sturdy and well packaged at delivery. Absolutely nothing to complain about at all. Very very pleased with this rack. Well worth the price and built to last.

I bought this as I thought the price was good but after using it for a month the roof rack is rusting in all the joints. I had it on the car for a month and drove through a lot of rain but it should not be rusting so soon. The frame is regular metal that unfortunately is prone to rust. The cargo bag worked very well and fitting on the car was quite easy although I had to cut out sponge inserts for the attachment to my roof racks. It carried weight and volume quite well. Due to the rust I have requested a return

Ordered so we could get 4 people and 4 suitcases to the airport. Easy to put on and to get the cases in.

A good size and feels very sturdy. It’s very annoying though to have a huge orange logo right across the front of it! I’d have preferred a quick release mechanism for fixing it to the roof bars. It’s not difficult to do but it does involve a bit of dismantling of the four fixings. The waterproof bag for the top is very good quality but loading it and then zipping it up I can see is going to be a job! It’s heavy material and it doesn’t like to let you get in at the zip under the waterproof covers. All in all though it’s a good piece of kit.
