Quality magnesium
Before this, the only thing that worked to get me to sleep was magnesium that I bought in Algeria. Though not as many vitamins as Solyne, Nutrazul Active is the closest I've come to finding a replacement.

The Best
I need magnesium for a digestion issue. I used to use Voost, but the magnesium in that is a lot less than this product. This is definitely the better choice and I will continue to use it from now on.

Great taste and very effective for muscle recovery
I’ve been looking for a good magnesium supplement, and this one is fantastic. The orange flavor is light and refreshing, not overly sweet or "medicinal." I usually drink it after my workout, and it has really helped with muscle cramps and overall recovery. The tablets dissolve quickly and completely without leaving any grit at the bottom of the glass. Highly recommend for anyone with an active routine!
