I’m not sure if it is blessed or not blessed. When I purchased it, I did take it and had it blessed by our parish priest. He had no objection in blessing it.

Are the made in a nut free facility?

I am not certain but because there is only two ingredients and they make wafers that are blessed at Mass, I would think that only those ingredients appear at the facility.

No they are not sweet. Like the bread you receive at communion time.

Where is it manufactured?

I just checked on the package and it listed 2 sources. One was in the United Stares and the other was Canada. It never said that it was manufactured in these countries. Sorry, that is the best I can do. But we have had it blessed in our local Catholic Church and have used it the past two Christmas’s. They looked very similar to the type my family used when I was growing up in the 1950’s and 1960’s.
