Hi how do you adjust the strength?

Tip upside down for various seconds depending on how long you leave it you get stronger or softer smells

Where can i buy refills?

Hiya! Glad to hear you like your Sauvage Style Car Air Freshener :) Refills should be available later on in the year. Might not be until just before Christmas but it's worth keeping an eye out :) Thanks for the enquiry! Lucy

Can I keep it upside down (wood part on bottom) or will it just all leak out? Seems to dry very quickly if only upside down for 10 seconds

I wouldn't recommend it as it would soak through the string and drip leading it to empty quickly shortening it's expected 'life'. It's recommended to tip upside down until you can see it soak the wood, this should give a good bit of fragrance for a couple of days, repeat when needed.
