What's the material used on the footbed of these slippers?

I am very happy w/ how cool these slippers are in the summer! Do they stretch out? Seems whatever I buy for slippers they stretch out and can't keep them on my feet😪

I haven't had the slippers too long yet but it doesn't seem that this material will have much stretch to it. I agree, most slippers are hard to keep on your feet unless they come with a velcro strap that can be adjusted to the foot. These slippers are pretty but if you're not "surefooted", they could be a hazard if you're older or have vision problems..

Are these true to size or should i size up from a size 8?

I wear a 9 1/2 ordered the size 10. Fits perfectly. They are adjustable if too big.
