Extremely happy! Pricey? Yes, but worth it!
Pricey? Yes, but I see it as an investment. Especially if your kids will use it for years to come. I’m very happy with it, it’s super sturdy, it came with all the tools and pieces needed to build it, instructions are simple, took me about 2-3 hours to build it myself. It’s very short!! I’m 6’1 and the top reaches just below my chest , so be aware of that. However it’s perfect for kids.

Great bunk bed
Bought for my toddlers, 3 and 1. It’s very sturdy and solid and looks really nice!! Assembly was fairly simple. There’s plenty of head room for my one year old and my three year old can climb up and down the short ladder very easily.

Solid Build, Easy Assembly, and Great Quality
I purchased this bunk bed for my kids, and it’s been a great addition to their room. I was looking for something sturdy and well-made, and this definitely delivered. Assembly was surprisingly easy. The instructions were clear and straightforward, making it one of the easiest pieces of furniture I’ve put together. All the parts were well organized, and everything lined up without any issues. The bed frame itself feels very solid once assembled. The solid wood construction gives it a premium feel, and there’s no wobbling or instability. It feels safe and secure, which was important for me with a bunk bed. The design is clean and fits well in the room, and the size works perfectly for standard twin mattresses. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and ease of setup. This is a great option if you’re looking for a sturdy, well-built bunk bed for kids.

GREAT LOW LAYING BUNK BED
I most certainly have never written a review this long but, I felt I needed to save people some time and frustration. The bed came nicely packaged (although the poor UPS driver who carried it in looked like he was going to keel over-the package was very heavy). I organized/separated all the screws and pieces and started to put it together by myself. I found it easier to put all the numbered pieces to the inside. I did need another person to help me connect the head and foot of the bed. All was going well until, I tried to connect the metal stabilizing bar that braces the top bunk. Somehow the tough rubber that caps both the top and bottom of this bar was also obstructing the holes where you needed to put screw through. Because the rubber was so tough, I was unable to just jam a screwdriver in it to clear the hole. I finally had to get my drill. That did the trick and the holes were then clear to continue the construction of the bed. I would say it took me several hours to put this bed together but several weeks before it was ready to sleep on. I would heartedly agree with most, that the instructions are not the best. They could have been clearer with words not just pictures. In my excitement, I put the bed together and then thought the slats were too far apart (1st photo)!!! I went to furniture stores and looked at other bunks that did not require Bunkie boards (all the slats were much closer together than this bed). More work for me!!! I decided to purchase additional bed slats through Amazon. *Classic Brands Xtreme Heavy-Duty Solid Wood Bed Support Slats Bunkie Board, Twin* ($59.00). I disconnected all the slats which I had installed and reconfigured. I took all the slats they sent with the bed (the ones meant for the top and bottom bed) and put them all on the top bed (you have to cut the cloth pieces that connect the slats (the slats originally meant for the bottom bed) and place them in between the slats (meant for the top bed) that are already connected. The additional slats I purchased, I placed on the bottom bed. The wood slats from Classic Brand only had pre-hold drills in the first and last slats but the mattress is not going anywhere on the bottom bed even with the rest of individual slats not being screwed in (3rd photo). You would most likely have to drill your own holes and screw all of them into the bed if you used these on the top bunk. On the bottom though, the WORKED GREAT! My biggest issue was my search for twin mattresses. BEWARE!!! I went to at least 8 different mattress and furniture store. There are no standard twin mattresses anymore (39x75). I took my measuring tape with me to each store and measured each twin mattress. No two were the same size and none of them were 39x75!! Who would have guessed and what is up with that!!! I broke down and bought memory foam mattresses through Amazon (although I was truly uncomfortable about purchasing a mattress which I could not try out first). These types of mattresses are the only ones that you will find that are 39X75 inches (and you do need that size for these beds). I purchased Jingwei Twin Mattress, 8-inch gel infused memory foam in a box. I could not be happier (2nd photo)! You can put the entire bed together with the hex wrenches they supply, a Phillip’s screwdriver and a mallet. No power tools required for assembly. It is very sturdy and with the extra slats I added, it is PERFECT. My granddaughters 7 and 3 love it!!!! The only reason I did not give it a 5 was the following: (1) The instructions need to be clearer. (2) I should not have had any issues with the metal stabilizing bar-which I had *** In my opinion, the slats were not close enough together to provide adequate support or safety. The manufacturer should include more slats even if that increases the cost of the bed. It would have saved a me a lot of time and frustration if the correct number of slats were included and someone had warned me about standard size twin inter spring mattresses***

Perfect for our daughter!
This bunk bed is perfect for our 4 year old! It is very nice looking and quality material! It took us 2 hours to build, is easy to assemble and our daughter loved helping! We left the bed slats off the bottom so she can use it for toys and reading books, and loves to sleep on the top bunk! The stairs are nicely slanted so they are safer to use and you can choose which side to put them on. It says it will hold 400lbs; so we are able to climb up and it doesn't make a sound. Very sturdy! It is short enough that I can reach over the top to say goodnight! I love that! The 6" thick mattress is the best option but the mattress we bought is too small to be a twin so there is a gap. That is an issue with the mattress we bought, not the bunk bed. Our daughter loves her big girl bed!!

Great Bunk! Easy to put together!
First of all. This bunk actually shipped to Hawaii for $30 and that is already amazing. We have very limited choices here so we were happy to see this would ship. The UPS guy struggled a bit with the big box to get it to the garage. It is very long and heavy. Lucky for us 70 yo Grampa is in top shape and slung it on his shoulders and carried it to the back of the house. My 17 yo and I opened the box down stairs and carried pieces up and laid them out in the master according to page numbers. I am 7 months pregnant and assisted my 17 yo and we put it together pretty quick. She did most of it. Laying it out in order really helped. Definitely need two people especially the foot and headboard slats they are a bit annoying. For the mattress we used a Costco 11” mattress for the bottom. We wanted more comfort in case it needed to be a guest bed but that mattress was much to high for the top as it came up to the rails. So for the top we got a mattress in a box from Walmart that was only 6” and it worked great. Maybe we will use another for the bottom to make more space. There is a metal bar under the top bunk that knocked a few heads so we got a pool noodle and sliced it down one side and it popped on perfectly. We got the pink curtains and I didn’t like the idea of the plastic windows for safety and because it might be too hot so we carefully trimmed out the plastic windows. I tossed it in the dryer on refresh and it came out smelling good and less wrinkled. We put up the Velcro and used a staple gun to secure it to the bed then added the curtain and it is on there pretty solid even when daddy climbed in. My 5yo was so excited to hear she was getting a baby sister and she could finally have a bunk bed and she loves it. She would like to say it is easy to climb up the ladder and the “Secret Club” underneath is good for secret meetings. Overall this bed is very sturdy and was easy to build. We used a power drill set to low and that helped it go really fast. This bed shipped quickly and arrived in a few days. My advice is get the right drill bits and use a power drill set to low. Use a separate room to lay out the pieces and have a helper. We got the Clay color to match the rest of the furniture and it is very cute. This is not a wonky bed. We are quite happy with it.

Really happy with the whole thing
Really impressed! I’ve put together more cabinets, bookshelves, and desks then I’d like to admit so I was sort of dreading putting this together, but I had to do it, so I did and I was so pleased! Everything was organized beautifully in the box, everything was nicely padded, and even the items that you needed seem to be packed in the order that you needed them in the box! For example, I needed to start out with Boards numbers 1,2 and 3, I think, and those were the ones that were packed on top. I read some of the reviews that complained about the instructions, but the instructions were perfectly clear to me. If you have normal intelligence, aren’t in a hurry, and take the time to use the brain God gave you, the instructions are very clear. I have two small negatives: one, there were some holes drilled in the wrong spot, and I had to fix that by drilling new holes, and although you can’t erase holes, it’s not a big deal. The other is that the hardware was not organized, like the boards and other supplies were. I struggled to know exactly which screws I was supposed to know in which place, and had to use the description to figure it out. For example, it said “60 mm“ for a certain screw, and I had to get out a ruler and measure. As organized as well as this bed was, I was surprised that the hardware was so neglected. True, the hardware was organized by type and wrapped separately, but I didn’t know what was what. Not a big deal and not any reason at all to steer clear of this company. Even with the two minor negatives that I said, this company and this bed deserve five stars, no question. The bed is very sturdy, well-made, and went together without issue! I would 100% order from this company again. I’m very pleased.

Great quality, easy assembly!
This bunk bed is just what I was looking for! I have a 2 year old who was ready to transition to a bed and a 6 year old who has been begging for a bunk bed. I knew I wanted the bottom bunk to be flat on the floor so I don’t have to worry about my toddler falling from very high if she rolls off. This bed is the perfect height! If you have bigger kids there may not be enough space on the bottom, but it looks to me like she’ll be fine in there til she’s around 7-8 years old. The top bunk isn’t too high and has a nice sturdy railing. I opted to purchase a 5 inch foam mattress to allow plenty of height on the railing. After reading other reviews I also purchased a bunkie board to go under the mattress and provide additional support. Assembly was so easy!!! When I got the boxes I thought this was going to be a PAIN! I started sorting the pieces while reading the directions and thought, “I’ll just put a few of these together real quick so it’s easier when I have a whole afternoon available to assemble it”. Those few pieces went so quickly that I put a few more together and then I could see how it was all going to work. My husband took a 30 min break from work (at home lol) and we had the frame completely together! All that was left was to attach the railing and the supporting beams and it was done! Maybe 2 hrs total between the two of us. And it’s super sturdy! 400lb weight limit for the top bunk, I’ve climbed up there and made sure it felt sturdy and it really is! Excellent value, awesome bed.

Short and sweet
Super cute little bunk bed, exactly as pictured. Perfect size for younger kids, the bottom bunk is basically on the floor so its easier for small kids to get on but still has slats so no moisture gets trapped beneath the mattress.. love that. It doesnt have legs beneath bottom bunk so the top bunk isn't very high as well. The ladder is screwed onto the bed, there's no possibility of it moving or coming off while they’re climbing on it or if someone tries to take it off to mess about. I love that feature as well. The ONLY reason we sit at 4 stars instead of 5 is because one piece came damaged which was quite surprising since there was so much foam and Styrofoam packaging to protect everything. Luckily it was the rear railing piece and it sits against the wall.

Decent Bunk Bed, But Ladder Design Needs Improvement
The bunk bed was fairly simple to set up and is overall quite stable, which is great. However, the ladder design is a major issue. The brackets provided prevent the ladder from making proper contact with the ground, leaving it slightly elevated. Every time my son gets out of bed, the bottom of the ladder slams into the floor, which is both noisy and concerning over time. While the bed itself is solid, the poorly designed ladder detracts from an otherwise decent product. If the ladder were redesigned for better ground contact, this would be a much better purchase. UPDATE: The LADDER has completely broken.
