Love it so far
It’s just what I needed. I loved it came with Microsoft and a punch of their products already for at least a year. I’m job hunting and pulling all my files off my old work computer. And speed is great. And it’s cute and pink and the pricing was awesome! Great screen quality.

It is a very great affordable Laptop I use it for different businesses that I own just one thing that I don’t like is I can’t do zoom meetings. There is possibly a way that I can but I will have to take it to like a laptop store or something but overall very good quality. I love my laptop.

Don't like browser, wanted chrome.Hate Edge. Also can't see keyboard to type unless a light is directly on top of it.

Delivery & product
The delivery guy was great, he delivered with care, unlike Wal-Mart. Very respectful of our property as well, all was caught on camera, as well as the hp laptop because this is being used for home schooling, very pleased with the delivery, transaction, and product!

DO NOT BUY!
The old saying, "You get what you pay for" is something I should have listened to. After only a month and a half, this computer locked up and died. I tried to return to Amazon but it was past the 30-day return time. Amazon told me to contact the distributor which ultimately ended with them telling me that I received the product and their responsibility was complete. Neither Amazon nor the distributor would let me return the item. The image shows what the computer gave me after only a month and a half of use. I am so angry at myself for thinking I could save money by buying computers on Amazon. I am off to Best Buy!
