Great replacement remote for Sony Smart TV
This replacement remote works just like the original Sony TV remote and connected without any issues. It works but you have to press the buttons numerous times to get it to work Definitely not like the one that came with TV

impossible to open to put batteries in
My husband and I spent an hour trying to open it to put batteries in. No success. Sending it back.

It works but its made with a very cheap material and it takes a while for it to send the commands to the TV. Not great I would say say it’s like a disposable remote you can get while I find the original one.. I wasn’t able to connect the voice remote feature..
