I had had my previous iron for almost 20 years, but it finally gave out I am very happy with this replacement. It glides easily hits up quickly as fabulous burst of steam. It’s not too heavy. I am very happy with my purchase.

I love this iron! The steam feature works great, and the iron never leaks water. It's a little heavy but feels extremely solid and well built. Heats up very quickly too.

Haven’t had this iron long and have only used it a few times, but seems ready nice. I bought for my sewing room use. It heats up fast and works well on getting wrinkles out. So for now I’m giving it 4 stars.

*Edit to add: A newer review claims that if your iron comes with signs of water or use, it’s because “they test each iron before quality approval at the factory”. What a crock! This is so untrue. I actually work at Amazon and can confirm that we constantly resell USED items. # 1 = Don’t buy this low quality piece of junk. # 2 = If you already did, submit for a return ASAP.* Only lasted one year of very light use! This was a good steam iron for the brief period I owned it. It doesn't feel light or cheap at all, so I thought it would be OK. I don't iron a lot, so when I do, it's a necessity. Imagine my surprise when I filled this with water, plugged it in, the sensor light changed from red to green, and then absolutely ZERO heat was produced. I tried everything, and even the "you've left me on too long without activity" alarm went off, but NO HEAT. Complete waste of money and now just more landfill garbage. Of course it's the worst when you have something you NEED to iron and all you have is a $40 cold, metal plate.

Very pleased with the Bartnelli Steamer. Very easy to use, water capacity is good. You do not have to refill frequently. The controls are easy to change to the setting you desire . Sharp looking steamer

Like 1.it looks modern .Didnt get to toast it because Dislikes It is 120v- I live in a 240v power supply region It has a 2 pin(North America)-not compatible with most sockets in my region Summary-it is packed in a box and I am wondering what to do with it . It is not suitable for me

I'm a seamstress so I need a really good iron. I've had a Rowenta for 5 years but it had leakage issues that became unsafe so that's why I shopped around! I've never had an iron with a ceramic soleplate & so when I used this for the first time I was amazed, it literally floats over fabric! The heat disbursement is top notch & it's not really heavy, which is great if you have sore hands like mine! The ONLY criticism, & it's very minor, is the area where you pour the water in, it could be a tad more accessible, but as I say that's really no big deal. Ironing/pressing is going to be a true joy with this iron & I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

I bought this iron in January 2025 and have been using it since then. Sometime around March the steam button started sticking. It is on and off now. Otherwise, it is a good quality iron. Update: October-2025 - The steam button started working again in May and has been working well ever since. (I am not sure what happened before. We may have used in incorrectly).

Stopped working after 3-4 uses, very disappointed
