Cicatricure Advanced Scar Gel, Proven Results in 2 Weeks, 1 oz (28 g), 3pk

I was kind of skeptical, but it really does work. My understanding is that it only works on fresh healing scars, so I bought it to put on a small scar on my arm that just doesn't seem to be healing the way I want and, within a week of using it, the scar has very dramatically reduced and healed quite a lot. I'm using it on some bigger healing scars on my legs (perils of owning a cat) and it seems to be working on those, albeit a lot slower. It doesn't work super fast, but I can definitely see an improvement and my scars look a lot smaller and less raised.

So far..making it look as if it never happened. It does not seem to work on already healed/white scars, but does work incredibly well on (not open) but fresh wounds. The first 4 photos are all BEFORE I used this scar cream, and was only using burn cream and vitamin E oil. Which was helping but slowly and would have eventually left a greyishbrown scar. The remaining 2 photos are AFTER the scar cream. Gotta use it 4x a day.

Had MOHS surgery to remove a growth on my forehead. The aftermath was unsettling. Tried this gel to speed up healing and reduce scarring. I had significant results in 2 months. The surgery was late April. I was told that healing can take up to 8 months. It has been a little over 4 months and the surgical area is almost non existent from using this product.

I have brown skin, and hyperpigmentation from occasional pimples takes forever to go away. I burned a part of face with a curling iron and I’ve been using this product for 5 weeks 3-4 times daily in conjunction with rosehip oil (added about 2 weeks in the routine). My scar is 85% gone. Additionally, I used the product on 3 dark spots from pimples, and it is fading, but slowly. It seems that the gel is working better on the curling iron scar as it’s no longer a deep dark color. The product doesn’t seem to be fading older hyperpigmentation under my chin from plucking hairs. I am pleasantly surprised with this gel, and the photos from the reviews helped me decide to purchase it. The scars may be fading naturally as well, but I think this gel helped to speed up the healing process if used as recommended - 3-4 times daily.

The best!!! Works well. I used this product on new scars especially pimples that disappeared after using. Old scars it doesn’t work but new ones including dark spots it works

Good Starter Option, But Doesn’t Wow I’ve been using Cicatricure Advanced Scar Gel on both facial and body scars for about six weeks now, and it’s been… okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing transformative either. What I Liked: Gentle formula: The gel is lightweight, fast-absorbing, and non-greasy—perfect for daily use on my forehead scar and a small cut on my leg. It hasn’t caused irritation or breakouts, even on sensitive skin. Pleasant texture: It comes in a handy pump bottle, which helps control the amount and keeps things hygienic. It also absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any noticeable residue. Slight improvement: My older scars seem a bit lighter and flatter than before, which is a nice change. What Fell Short: Limited results on newer scars: My more recent incision mark saw little to no change—no noticeable fading or smoothing. Takes time (and patience): I used it twice daily as instructed, but after six weeks, the progress has been modest at best. It just doesn’t seem potent enough for deeper scars. Pricey for what it is: Compared to other silicone gel options or generic scar gels, this felt a bit expensive given the average results. Verdict: Cicatricure Advanced Scar Gel isn’t bad—it’s gentle and well-tolerated, and it offers mild improvements for old scars. But if you’re hoping for visible remodeling of newer or deeper scarring, it might leave you wanting more. A solid “fine but not fantastic” 3-out-of-5.

The first photo is from a hot boiling water that got on my jacket then on my arm and the second photo is 60 days later using this scar gel. This works better than what I thought. Usually I scar pretty easy, but it’s barely there now.

This stuff is AMAZING! I just ordered my second tube. I had some kind of hormonal breakout happening and it was leaving my normally clear even skin, with blemishes everywhere. I bought product after product after product and nothing was working. Until I ordered this scar gel..I used it once a day at night and i seen a difference within a week. My skin is almost back to its normal blemish free self. Amazing!!!

Been using it for almost 3 weeks i dont see any difference, imma givve it more time and update you Edit: been using for 1 month i see no difference, save ur money
