Item is good but there is size issue.
Delivery address is work place/office.Due to size issue Return request is intended and pickup courier call was at 6.45pm after office hour after that no communication is received from Amazon end

Pretty good bag overall
As someone who is constantly on the move, this is a pretty good bag. Perfect combination of functional and classy. A couple of points I will note though: 1. I would have liked a bit more leather on this. This denim/canvas material can be a dust magnet. 2. The under-bad cushioning for the laptop is pretty much not there, so you got to be very careful of putting your laptop down gently to not damage it. Which is weird for a bag that costs 7K. 3. The handles can make it look a little feminine. Something more unisex would have looked better.
