I wasn't sure about the appearance of this warmer until I received it. It does have a high-end, quality look and feel. Combined with the nice hand made mug - with attached tag, this is a great gift. Although pricy, I ended up purchasing a second one for our home. Not just a coffee mug warmer, good for any hot beverage at a temperature of your choosing. Some of my feature favorites: Temperature Maintenance - Works perfectly, no issues. Very simple to adjust. There is an auto shut-off timer feature as well. Quality design – The unit takes up little space and works well on a desk, kitchen counter, bath suite, etc. Nice packaging - adding to it's high perceived value if a gift. Great value – For something that you use every day, the cost is reasonable in today's economy. High tech look & simple to use. Works with other ceramic mugs – The quality hand made mug set included is really nice, but other ceramic mugs work well too.

Here I thought I was drinking hot coffee. I made a couple of shots of espresso in my primo coffee maker, added boiling water, and brought it upstairs. I immediately put the Ikago coffee cup onto the Ikago Mug warmer, turned it on, and saw it was only 113°! Who knew? So I timed how fast this mighty heater would bring it up to my set temperature of 145° - and it took a very reasonable 21 minutes. Of course, it then proceeds to diligently maintain my cuppa joe at my set temperature. Whenever I forget about it, it automatically shuts down after 2 hours of inaction, just like it’s supposed to - apparently bored with just sitting there heating away. This is truly a wonderful device, and someone took a lot of care in its stylish design. I also think with its handsome form and the particular well-chosen shade of beige, it suits my midcentury-modern/boho decor nicely. By the way, the company’s photos on their product page were color accurate. My photos are less color accurate so go by the company’s. I haven’t tried other ceramic mugs yet because I like this one and it comes with its own lid. They tell you it’s easier to keep a drink hot when the lid is on. I noticed it has no problem with a lid on and in fact varied upwards a bit. The literature I think said by 2 degrees, but I saw it go up to 150° at one point and then come back down. I don’t care; I’m not expecting sous vide precision on this one. And maybe I had my cup too close to the sensor in front. When I moved the cup back into its magic circle imprint in the middle, it seemed to vary up to 148° and back down to 145°. Whatever - I got tired of making this one a research project. It’s too nice an item, and it works perfectly for me. It has personality. It’s cool. It’s sweet. It’s handsome. It does the one job it’s meant to do with plenty of precision. I am pleased enough to take the time to offer up a review on it along with a couple of photos looking at the temperature vs time.

I have been using this since 2023, proving it's durability, and it is still absolutely one of the best things I've ever bought. I use it often for when I have a cup of tea and sit down at my computer. Keeps my tea perfectly warm or even better - w warms it back up for me if my cup gets cold after I had gotten distracted or busy with something. Easy to set the temperature and just let it do its thing. Simple functionality. Relatively cheap, and effective! This is NOT a paid review, just a fan of this thing - thought I'd come back and write a review after some similar suggestions had come up on my feed.

This thing is so cool!! It’s easy to use, looks nice, and high quality. I love that you can set the temp. I get busy and tend to leave my drinks for a while, but this heater keeps it perfect temperature for as long as I need. I love mine so much I gave it as a gift to my mom.

If i could give this a 10 + rating I would! I use this outside in my unenclosed patio for my coffee cacaco, tea what ever and I never have any thing cold or Luke warm again. It stays hot and Fresh. Everything about it from style (classy) to easy to use to the element that keeps it Hot! Ordering a few a gifts and another for myself for inside my home. Great product!!!

Bought first one in 2023, so it lasted almost 3 years of M-F two cups a day. Previously I was using Ember mugs and use them on the weekend as I am not at my desk in my WFH. I just bought the replacement, so pleased enough to rebuy it. What I like over Ember is I find 151F is perfect for me and Ember maxes out at 145F. Ikago would go even higher, but never hot enough to burn paper which was the concern of a hot plate near paper. It’s completely safe. What broke? The tray display went all wonky this morning and would just turn off after a two minutes. First problem ever. Tried to unplug and let it rest, hold the power button for some sort of reset (did nothing). Just wore out. For Ember it’s the charging trays, where I must have bought 15 replacements, and a few replacement mugs….More expensive to use Ember, temp slightly too low, but more portable to enjoy on the weekend. Nice to have both, but Ikago does most of the work.

This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. The mug and warmer are quality made and perform exactly as advertised. I'm so impressed with the digital readout that lets you know exactly what temperature your beverage is in the cup. And it keeps it that temperature literally for hours! Perfect at all times. A green or red bar tells you if the heating element is in operation or not. All you have to do to reactivate it if you've left the cup for a while is just pick it up and put it back down. The heater begins its work and quickly reheats the contents. This was an expensive purchase, but well worth it. Soooo much better than some of the inexpensive cup heaters I've purchased in the past. None ever really worked and ended up in the donation pile. Thank you to this company for making an excellent product.

Oh baby!! Finally a product that is more than expected. Using the product mug, no lid, my coffee is 170 degrees. The base says 165 and my kitchen cooking thermometer says 170. I like hot coffee. I'm always sticking it in the microwave. This product needed to be dialed back so I could drink it. I'm at 145 now and it is perfect without a lid. I'm very plesed.

السخان يجي معه كوب سيراميك وغطاء للكوب وملعقة تحريك . عليه شاشة توريك حرارة الكوب الحالي والحرارة المستهدفة حسب اختيارك . السخان يفصل تلقائيا اول ما يوصل للحرارة المستهدفة وله زر اغلاق وتشغيل على الجانب . جودة التصنيع عالية ويتعبر افضل خيار ممكن تاخذه . سريع فالتسخين مع ان استهلاكه قليل 75 واط واعلى حرارة يقدر يوصل لها 80 درجة . العيوب : السخان ما يقبل الا اكواب او برادات السيراميك يعني ما تقدر تحط قزاز او معدني ستينلس ستيل لان قراءة الحرارة بتختلف وما تكون صحيحة . المقبس امريكي حسب البائع امازون الامريكي وما تقدر للاسف تغير السلك لنوع بريطاني .

Gave this to my wife as a Christmas present and she loves it, the warmer works perfectly and we have not found a mug that it doesn't work on yet. The only issue that we have is the spoon that came with it has a chip out of the finish and would like to get a replacement one with out having to return the whole system and by a new one.

Nice Unit, Heats up Hot, had to adjust the setting as it was to hot. Great when i am busy but warm coffee when i need that sip
