First of all, it should be noted that any benefits derived from Glucosamine Hydrochloride will not be realized for months after taking it daily. Moreover, it's more efficacious to combine other ingredients such as Hyaluronic acid, Chondroitin Sulfate, and MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane). This product only contains one main ingredient so the full benefits might be minimal and varied. Nonetheless, I think it's still worth a try to promote joint health, and it also has less potential side effects compared to pharmacologic agents. Like most dietary supplements, the tablet are a little big for my liking. I usually need a least half a cup of water to comfortably swallow it down. Also, I find the tablets don't have a bad taste at all. Since I take them with food, as recommended, I haven't had any stomach issue. The bottle contains 30 caplets which lasts 30 days. I probably wouldn't notice any significant improvement in my joint health in one-month time. However, it hasn't given me any bad side effects, and coupled with potential benefits, I will probably repurchase when ran out.
