Just got the HOTEC BPA Free Wheat Straw Cereal Bowls (26oz, set of 8, multicolor) a few days ago and I’m already really happy with them. The size is spot-on—big enough for a full bowl of cereal with milk, soup, or salad without feeling too huge. The colors are vibrant and cheerful, which makes breakfast more fun. My family has already started claiming favorite colors. What I like most is how practical they are: microwave safe for quick reheats and dishwasher safe, which is a huge time-saver. They feel sturdy and lightweight at the same time, and the wheat straw material seems like a nice eco-friendly choice. So far they’ve handled everything I’ve thrown at them with no issues. Haven’t had them long enough to test super long-term durability, but they seem well-made and unbreakable so far. Great value for a full set of 8. If you’re looking for colorful, convenient everyday bowls, these are worth it! Would definitely recommend based on my first few days with them.

These are great bowls, very sturdy and perfect for soups, salads, ice cream, etc. They are so durable and colorful! I purchase another brand that seems to warp and lose shape in hot water, but these are perfect! Great value, size, and weight. Easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher and does not stain like some others I have tried.

I’ve had these bowl for nearly a year and still love them! The color has not faded even though they’ve been run through the dishwasher on a weekly basis. They are microwave safe which was a definite must for me. Nice and lightweight. I’ve dropped one, by accident, onto my tile floor and the bowl suffered no damage. They are prefect for cereal, ice cream, heating up a can of veggies etc. I love these bowls.

The bowls are quite appealing. I would have awarded a five-star rating; however, the pricing was somewhat elevated given that similar items are available at local retailers for approximately half the cost.

These bowls (and the plates and other items in this line) exceeded expectations. I bought them for a camping trip and they were perfect - lightweight, stackable, and easy-to-clean. Used them for food prep and eating. I hesitated to put them in a dishwasher but they held up perfectly to high heat and detergent. And the multicolor set meant that everyone in our group could pick their favorite color. I’m glad I didn’t splurge for the bowls and plates sold at sporting goods stores specifically for camping - these work perfectly at a fraction of the price.

To begin with, I love these things. They're so lightweight while I'm generally frustrated with how heavy a lot of bowls are. They're sturdy enough with just a little bit of bend if you squeeze hard on it, but this is never an issue for its actual integrity or ability to hold food, and it doesn't feel like it's going to snap like if you were to try that with plastic. You can outright throw these at the ground with force and they won't break because of that very slight give in the construction which gives me a lot of peace of mind. These are basically my platonic ideal for heft. They microwave well and that doesn't transfer a lot of heat to the material which is usually an issue for bowls made of other materials. There's just one main thing not going for them, and it's that they take scratches poorly, so metal whisks are a big no for them. This has become a non-issue after I switched to using silicone whisks. I also haven't tried putting marinara in them, but I have this feeling that that could stain them, and I love the colors too much to test that. I use these bowls in addition to a Corelle set as a backup, but these are always my bowls of choice if I can choose between the two because of how lightweight and cute they are, and that I can drop them with zero anxiety about shattering them into a dangerous mess.

These bowls are beautiful and can be used for so many different varieties of foods! Great price and really sturdy. Microwavable and dishwasher safe as well 😃😲
