I love this knife so much...I purchased a second one. They come very sharp & stay that way. Each is well balanced and easy to cut with as the handle is so comfortable. They're sturdy and well-made with superior quality materials. The craftsmanship is hard to come by these day where people just don't care about the product they're working on!!!

This knife just arrived and it's the real deal. Razor sharp, perfect balance, and lightweight. It's not the pretties knife ever, but it has wonderful qualities. I am going to hide it from my grandchldren because they are always attracted to the sharpest knives in the drawer. Only 1 point for improvement: I wish it came with a knife sleeve. I have gotten spoiled for knife sleeves, and I won't buy a large knife that doesn't have one.

Probably too tough at 4*s but I can't help comparing them to my top end Messermeister German knives that I got as a gift years ago and are not here where I am living at the moment. Comparison is not justified really - one of those costs way more than this set of 3, so this is a superb value. Really wonderful knives. You can get them very sharp. The only reason for 4* is that they I feel I have to be touch them up before I use them. But I like scalpel sharp knives and use a ChefsChoice electric sharpener using the fine ceramic slot. I would recommend these absolutely. Be aware that ChefsChoice can eat cheap knives, and that is NOT a problem with these. Finally, these 3 are all I need in my kitchen (I'm particular about my equipment). No need for any others in addition.

This knife is easy to use, sharpens easily and is made well with a riveted handle. It is a good paring knife for the price tag.

Great value. Was visiting my daughter, and trying to cut anything with the horrible knifes was near impossible, even the limes for the GT's! So I bought this set for her and it was a game changer.

This knife is relatively sharp but no more so than my twenty year old quality version. You get what you pay for.....I would pass on this and wait or spend more on a quality product
