Bought this for my ankle rehab looks sturdy and of good quality. The brick surfaces came with some marks in the foam, that was a minus. But otherwise the whole kit with a bag is very handy. Would probably know more about the product when I start using it - will update post use.

My yoga instructor has asked me to buy one of these for my advanced yoga course. The brick is really helpful and helped me finish many of the kriyas which i wasnt able to.The brick is also sturdy enough for one's body weight and soft enough that it doesnt hurt.
