Pillow case: do you sell pillow cases for this size pillow?

However, the size of this product is 50x75cm, so if you don't have the exact right size of pillowcase, you can cover it with a pillowcase of this size or a bigger size. We hope that this will be of assistance to you.

I have a wonderful memory foam pillow but it its too warm in warmer weather/creates a lot of itching.Would you recommend this for a cooler night sleep

Yes...this is an excellent pillow. Just takes a bit of adjustment with the filling and you will be impressed by the comfort. I removed a handful and a half of filling and wow. I use 2 pillows normally and sleep on my side. With this one pillow will do and I often wake up on my back. My sleep is better. For me these have been great.
