Smaller than expected but they worked really well! They were very light and easy to use and burned well in the fire. Incredibly durable, stayed lit for several minutes. Good value for money as well with so many in the box and so few needed to function well. Our group was able to have a very fun time with the help of these tools!

Handy little things. They are smaller than another brand I had used previously and all together in one bag- not individually wrapped. But they did the job well enough. If your wood is still a bit green or wet plan to use a few with decent kindling.

They burn well but I often need to use 2/3 at a time. The blocks are very small.

I have fires very often in my yard, and so I’ve tried many different types of fire starters. These are certainly the worst ones that I’ve tried. They are very difficult to light using a butane torch or normal lighter.I was only able to get them lit using a propane torch, but if you’re going to use a propane torch, then what’s the point of using these in the first place?There’s a reason these are cheap… they’re junk. Spend a few bucks more and get the ones that look like little rolled up bundles of hay. They are easy to light and work much better than these.

Basically, it's a duraflame log chopped up into small pieces that work for a fire starter, but I have to use at least 3 or 4 at a time. Not worth buying again. I'll just get pres to.logs for starters and chop them.into small puck size starters.

Have used them several times and work great in my fire pit. Surprised at how long they keep a good flame and get the fire started. Would definitely purchase again.

I bought these despite some of the reviews but we used them on our last camping trip and they worked great. We put a log down and put 2 on each side of the log and some kindling and they lit right away. I noticed it is better to light them on the side and not the top. I will definitely buy these again.
