Do these make noise when you walk?

Unfortunately they do make a little noise when I walk. Not to bad though.

Im 4'9 and around 140-145 lbs. Waist 36in but not sure how true to size their sizing chart is?

It's pretty close to true size. I got a XXL & probably could've done a XL. I'm about a 35 waist. They are longer then I thought they would be

I'm 5' 8 weight is 273, I'm very hippie and have excess skin on my thighs from massive weight loss. I wear a 22/24 what size is recommended?
