Purchased for Hammer-toe (clawing). Design does not cut off blood-circulation (as those correctors that wrap around outer ties might) and is easy-to wear, soft but effective support. Multiple in the bag (at good price; can also be reversed for reasonable left-right usage (if you only need one side (you get double) and washable. Happy purchase. Good fit. Durable, wearable inside sock. This is the only design I have ever tried so not a comparative review. My choice was made after some you-tube research for advice.

I’m quite petite so I was worried about the fit but they fit my toes well and seem stretchy for bigger feet. They stay in place really well and I don’t notice them much after wearing them for a day. They are quite thick. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to be a good thing for hammer toe. It will probably make nice footwear harder to find - however my pain has improved ten fold just by wearing them for one day so that’s a huge win and they’re certainly fine for trainers.

Simple, soft comfortable revision for toes beginning to claw. For me it's because of Osteo in my knees, I struggle to balance. They certainly help, fiddly to get on, but worth it. I am glad I ordered 2 Pcs, do if they wear I have replacements, 4 in a pack. My worst foot, the left one benefitted from gentle support, my middle toes straightening out more, easing stiffness.

Look at your shoes first. So much buying on line cannot replace trying shoes on in the shop. I think my problems started with the shoes which whilst advertised as soft and supple and wider fit were not really that good. But I wore them for a little while and ended up with sore pinkey + 1 from which I have suffered for over 2 months now. I am now paying for professional help as a result, so thinking I had good value turns out to be more expensive. They do give some relief but you are aware of them and they quickly soften up to be less effective. So before you try to solve the problem with your toes make sure you have eliminated any obvious causes first - start with the shoes.

Absolutely useless. If you want this product because you have arthritis in your foot / toes it doesn’t help to align your toes, too soft and also uncomfortable under foot.

Very good for resolving claw toe. Very durable and can wash in soapy water to keep fresh

I've had issues with toes "straightened" during bunion correction surgery - where due to foot mechanics the problems recur after several years. My second toe on my right foot develops a permanent painful corn due to the renewed big toe displacement and the front portion of the straightened second toe impacting the ground or shoes when walking. My podiatrist has sculpted a few moulds to alleviate the pressure. I tried these toe crest pads and they do help to provide a soft base which lifts the toe slightly and seems to be preventing the corn forming. Early days but hopeful, so 4 stars not 5.

Excellent quality product. Ticks all the boxes and works incredibly well. Definitely would recommend. ( I have 'bunion/curled' toes!)

Ho un dito che si piega sotto agli altri, con un piccolo neuroma di morton; questi cosi mi sono di enorme aiuto quando cammino scalza in casa e lo saranno anche in estate quando con i sandali non potrò avere sotto i piedi i plantari correttivi. Sono morbidissimi, il dito incriminato poggia sul cuscinetto più grande, si distende e torna a livello degli altri. Bisogna solo un attimo trovare la posizione giusta, perché i due pezzi e le tre dita offrono varie combinazioni, poi il gioco è fatto. Si lavano in acqua con estrema rapidità. E' chiaro che farsi vedere è d'obbligo in situazioni di dolore importante ai piedi. Ma non sempre le cose sono di facile risoluzione e questi cuscinetti, nel mio caso, danno conforto.

Easy to wear and very good fit. It works well but let me start with what it does, and what it does NOT do: IT WILL NOT: 1. help with the hammer toes since it will not hold the finger strong enough to help it straighten up. (for this you need to buy another product that holds that one toe straight) IT WILL SUCCESSFULLY: 2. help the toes stretch forward in case they were clenched. You can wear it all day without much pain. After a few days you wont even know its there. This will help the toes stretch to their normal position. [My toes used to be clenched like a fist, and after three weeks of wearing this product, they stretched to a more normal position.]
