Expensive for me but it does kick up the ketons levels. This seem to be good product it seem not to be a keton ester so this is good as it does not kill the liver ..aka keton esters are like alcohol

Awesome product which will allow you to truly customize your dosage. The ketones and ingredients are well above average and this is the best tasting ketone product in its class.

the flavorings taste horrible and are way too strong. very hard to dilute it enough to make it bearable, even at half strength. Leaves sores on my mouth from how sour it is. And no positive effect on energy at all, though hard to say since it is so hard to get up to full strength.

k-tones can give you the edge, but are probably only beneficial to the very active or long duration athlete. I don't use for mental focus. I tend to use for a long workout or a long run. Don't know if it's placebo, but I do feel like my gas tank is bigger when I use these. For shorter weekday training I haven't noticed much of a need for them. The cons are the taste and cost. I prefer k-tones iq as they don't try to add flavor. These have several flavors and they are harder to choke down. Both brands taste disgusting. I mixed in water per directions, but ended up just taking a shot. Taste is a minor inconvenience tho, the cost is the real issue.

Good but expensive compared to other similar drinks

I was already a huge fan of Kenetik, but these new flavors make me love it even more! There’s no other drink out there that gives me a mental boost like Kenetik does - gets me out of my afternoon slump every time !
