Just brilliant and it does work

we are using it as couple (both 60+). It really helped our digestions and stopped our problems, regulated our bowel movements. Easy to sue. We take it 1 hour before our meal time.

I like the fact that these are capsules, so easier to swallow and no taste. I have noticed an improvement in my digestion since using them, so a positive effect already, bought them to detox and aid my liver function. 1200mg dose which is high compared to other brands so overall good value for money.

I think this product is a real deal and does help with my messed up liver, however I need to point out two things here: 1) The advertising is a bit misleading because the suggested 1200mg dose is actually made up of two capsules (each containing 600mg ot Tudca). So although there are indeed 60 capsules, the bottle will only last you one month if you take two per day! 2) 1200mg may be a little excessive a dose. At least for myself. I was getting a metallic taste in my mouth and throat if I took the entire dose of two caps, which an AI said maybe due to too a bile reflux (Didn't honestly know that was a thing). All in all I may try searching for another product that has more Tudca in per capsule, while still being pure and unbuffered.

I’ve been using this brand of TUDCA for 2 months now. I’m very happy with the results feeling more energetic and less bagged up after eating a large meal (This stuff helps with digestion problems in some people) so I know this will be helping with my liver function too For the money this brand/strength we’re the best value I could find so I’ll continue to use them for the foreseeable

Have ordered these several times, the capsules are easy to swallow with no after taste, taking 2 per day as recommended certainly seems to help reduce discomfort after meals, they are especially beneficial with spicy foods, which I love but cannot eat in the same quantities these day's due to liver & gallbladder issues. I have rarely needed Lansoprazole for acid/indigestion since I started taking these regularly so they are definitely doing some good and I will continue to buy & take Tudca supplement in future.

I finished a bottle but can't really tell the difference. Good for those that felt great in it and enjoyed the benefits. Now I am on berberine to see if can get a better experience
