These Kate Farms shakes taste good and are easy to drink while providing solid nutrition and protein support. I like the clean organic ingredients and that they are gentle on the stomach compared to many other nutrition shakes. Convenient for meal replacement, recovery, or extra calories during the day. I was introduced to this drink while hospitalized. It was recommended by the nutritionist. It is quite pleasant to drink and appears to work well for me. I am a vegetarian and it supplies a good amount of protein.

If you have kidney disease and want to get more nutrition or calories in, this is a healthy option. It has whole food ingredients and little additives.

I just had my first vanilla flavored shake. It is a little thick (syrup consistency) and has a slight chalky texture. I would definitely recommend them over the alternatives on the market like Glucerna, Boost, or Ensure. It is USDA organic, has 32% of the daily recommendation for protein and 21% of the daily recommendation of fiber as well as many other minerals/vitamins to support a healthy lifestyle. I gave it 4 stars because it does have a good bit of added sugar (18% or 9g) and the flavor is a little on the bland side and leaves a mild bitter after taste.

Thickness? I needed to gain some weight. This stuff helped.

These are pretty delicious, much better than Boost. Not as corn syrup-y in taste or texture. After being put on a weight gain diet but also being diabetic, my dietician recommended them. Well worth the extra cost. I didn’t dread drinking these! I wish they had chocolate for the glucose control version.

This product was referred by my mom’s doctor when she had cancer and I use it for nourishment for playing tennis! Great product

Diabetics beware!! I bought this after it was recommended for diet regimen trying to keep glucose under control. I assumed since this was marketed as a glucose support specifically formulated for diabetics that it would be safe. Both times I tried drinking it (first time the full shake, second time half shake to see if it helped keep glucose under control), my glucose spiked into the 200s!!! I don't know how they've formulated this but it's definitely NOT diabetic friendly. I would have returned for a refund but apparently, these are not returnable. So I'm just out the money for something I cannot safely drink. Plus it was gross. I would've drunk them anyway, even with the nasty taste, but cannot because of how it spikes my glucose. Not happy!!!
