I bought this by recommendation by my eye doctor. I started using the chewable because I’m having a hard time digesting so many pills daily. This one being chewable helps greatly. Nice berry taste. Tastes kind of like children’s flintstones vitamins.

This tablet is easy to digest and when taken consistently seems to help me with my eye issues such as dry eye and focus. I will continue using this product. This is the only product that I have seen recommended for eye issues.

I had taken this in their capsule form & couldn't stomach it. For some reason, they always left me nauseated, but I could tell they had improved my vision! My mom's & my eye doctors advised us to take these capsules, so I'm glad they came out with chewables. They taste like candy so I don't mind popping 2 of them in my mouth together to get my daily dose. And they don't make me nauseated. I'm not sure how they're working right now because of a current medical situation. However they do make your teeth appear orangey/yellow after chewing. I don't like that since I previously spent a $1,000 on a tooth whitener & want to prolong the whiteness. But it brushes off with toothpaste & my teeth are once again white, so no harm done. But I do have them on autoship & will continue to take them.

Eye dr asked me to get these. Gave me gel samples but those tasted bad. I don’t swallow pills. These r delicious and give u the same as the gel tabs. Only took 1 so far no side effects

I first tried the pills but i felt a little nauseous so now i have the chewables that are working out much better with a little food first.

Definitely easier to take than the pill. Not sure however if it is as effective as the pill one.
