LIFESAVER! MONEY SAVER!
Outstanding product-Outstanding support! My CYCPLUS E-Pump has saved me time, frustration, weight, and money, all at a very affordable price. As an avid cyclist, flat tires are quite common for me. In the past, I carried CO2 cartridges and manual pumps. They are both heavy and subject to failure. Since getting the CYCPLUS E-Pump, I've probably used it five to ten times, and it is effortless. Just attach it, power it up, and it inflates my tire in seconds. It's also very lightweight compared to those alternatives, which I like, and it saves me having to spend money on Ubers as I did when my other methods failed. Additionally, they have one of the best customer support departments I've ever used. I highly recommend their products and their support. Two thumbs up and five stars for CYCPLUS E-Pump!

Works well
Works well so far. Much better than CO2 cartridges and easy to pack.

Great space saver
This is great if you don't want to carry a hand pump and look like you are wacking off road side. These are also good if you run TPU tubes since Co2 can crack the valve stems. Also, this is good if you simply are against disposable Co2 cartridges. The pump is very small and easily fits into my .41L Silca Mattone saddle bag plus with a bunch of other stuff. My only cons for the pump is there is no PSI reading and that the pump is really loud. The pump can maybe do 1.5 28mm tires to 90 PSI. If you only need 60-75 PSI you could probably do two full 28mm tires on a single charge

Disappointed
I was really looking forward to having this tool as it’s smaller and lighter than my current portable pump. However, it has been a constant let down. It works great at deflating my tires but not so much pumping them up. Takes a long time before it auto turns off and come to find out it’s just the battery (fully charged) that has died and not an indication of my tire being inflated. Was too expensive to not work. Had high hopes but I am now out $60 and back to my bulky pump.

This thing airs up bicycle tires.
I was busier than a pair of jumper cables at a redneck wedding when this thing showed up, so it sat in the box for a few days (maybe a week) before I finally got around to opening it. When I did, the thing wouldn’t turn on. I plugged it into a charger and within a couple minutes it stopped charging because, apparently, it was already pretty much full when it arrived. Still wouldn’t power up. So I cracked open the manual and figured out the secret handshake required to turn it on. Hopefully I remember that little ritual the next time I’m on the side of the road needing it. I had a bike hanging on the wall with a tire that had gone flat from a slow leak—because I’m too lazy to swap the tube after one of those half useless stick-on patches failed to seal. This pump aired it up quick. I just used my fingers on the tire to decide when to quit. The tire’s rated for 115 psi, and I’m pretty sure this thing would’ve happily blown it clean off the rim if I’d kept going, but I didn’t see any reason to test that theory. Once it was harder than algebra to a third grader, I called it good. It fits nicely in my saddle bag or a jersey pocket. As long as I remember to actually bring the thing with me, I’m pretty confident this pump, a spare tube, and one of those questionable stick-on patches will save me from having to make the call of shame and ask my wife to come pick me up.

Good so far
There were some comments from people about the pump not working, failing to charge or failing to inflate a tire so I tried it out when I received it. Charged it up, let the air out of a bike tire and inflated it as if I was replacing a flat beside the road. Worked perfect and very easy to use. Recharged the pump and tried again on another tire (first one was a 26 x 2 and the other a 700c x 40) and worked fine again. Very pleased so far. I bought the one without a gauge since it is less expensive and I am just looking for an emergency repair. I don't need to reach a perfect inflation just enough air to get me home. I will still use my floor pump to inflate tires at home before riding. I don't mind CO2 (which is what I have carried for the past 15+ years) but if you only carry one cartridge and screw up on the first try you are out of luck and I don't want to carry a handful of cartridges so the mini electric pump seemed like a good alternative. I realize if the pump fails you will also be out of luck. I figure a cell phone and Uber are a good last resort. The pump weighs slightly more than one cartridge and an inflator head (about 4 oz). Since I could probably lose 20 pounds don't think a few grams either way matters. Honestly, I haven't had to fix a flat in like 4 years and I actually hope to never have to use this pump but it seems like a decent insurance policy for a small price.

Much better than CO2 cartridges,
I regret not getting the model with a pressure gauge thats waterproof. I can keep this pump in a ziplock bag to protect it. I got this on a 40% off sale so it was a lot cheaper than the one with a pressure gauge, but that would give been very useful. A plus is it charges off a USB c cable.

Try the upgraded versions instead
Picked this up as I was tired of carrying a hand pump around in my pocket on every ride. I didn't think the lack of gauge would be a concern, as I'm used to inflating to feel with the hand pump anyway. But when testing at home with a gauge, I realized I was hardly even able to fill up beyond 45 psi at 700x32 (where I would like at least 60 psi) and the battery indicator was already showing red. So I think for 32c road, this is only good for about 1 inflation at "get yourself home" pressures, and the lack of gauge is more of a concern due to the limited battery capacity than I would have thought. I'm going to return this one and try the upgraded versions and see if they fit my use case better. As it stands, I don't really know what the use case is for this one - it's about twice as large as 1x16g CO2 for the same amount of fill.

It's a game changer
Its a game changer I used when cycling after getting a puncture. Its the size of a matchbox box, its light, will fit into your pocket and will inflate multiple tubes on a full battery. This version doesn't have a pressure gauge but I never found that a problem. It inflates tubes very quicky, I would recommend this model but go for the more expensive one if you want a gauge.
