Generator，EPA Compliant, Eco-Mode Feature, Ultra Lightweight for Backup Home Use & Camping

I bought two of the 4000W/3200W generators for a trip with my camper, but I had to cancel that trip. So, they say in the box for about 9 months until a hurricane knocked out my power for 6 days. I unboxed one of the two generators I bought, read the instructions, filled it with oil and gas, pulled the cord and it started right up. First pull. And it started within three pulls every time over the next 5 days until the power was restored. I was able to run several fans, a refrigerator and an upright freezer as well as keeping electronics charged. I didn't have a single issue with that generator. It is a bit heavy and I wish it had a little bit larger fuel tank, but they don't impact my overall thoughts on the unit since it works so well. It is also not the quietest generator out there, but it's also far from the loudest. I think for its size, it's perfectly acceptable, especially when run in eco mode. If you don't have much of a load, it isn't very loud at all. I highly recommend this generator if you need one of this size. My next thing to test out is hooking up the two generators together to see how that works. Hopefully, by the time the next storm hits, I'll have a transfer switch hooked up to the house that I can plug into and will run both of them together with the parallel kit.

Unboxed, put oil and gas in it, fired up and sounded great. Followed break in procedure to the tee. The first time I really tried to use it, not only 3 weeks old, still brand new it just quit, no sensor alarm or anything, just flat shut off. Went to try to start it back up and it was really hard to pull. I checked for hydrolock, that’s not what it was. No strange sounds like motor was locking up or anything like that either. Something very strange happened, but now I have a nice bright orange boat anchor. My experience was absolutely terrible with this generator and I strongly suggest against it.

Packaged well, started up on 2 pull, ran smooth. Twice as loud as my Honda 1000, but for the $$ it is really nice. Super light for a 4000 compared to others I saw. 5 stars for what you get for the money. Lets hope it holds ups

The inverter was well packaged and came with the items needed to add oil and service the unit. It runs quiet and handles my RV loads with no issues. The one small issue I had was handled quickly with just one phone call to their customer department. The call was answered promptly and the issued resolved on that one call.

Llevo 2 semanas con el generador y hasta el momento todo bien funciona según las instrucciones muy conforme con la compra.

Defective product. Could not generate 30 amp power. Ran just fine for standard 115 volt power, but shut down when turn on the air conditioner for the RV which draws 30 amps.

Uses a three prong adapter for the RV trailer 30 amp electrical cord and had to giggle it several times to get it to charge my batteries. Not sure if the adapter is bad or what but I wouldn't power my micro wave either. I guess you get what you pay for.
