I've only had it for an hour but I already love it. The beautiful pastel lavender and baby blue cord are just lovely and feminine. It is a bit bigger than expected but perfect for my needs, I'm sure I can find a slot in my suitcase for my new travel companion. The water tank is very simple to detach and fill using a sports bottle or jug, it could be bigger but that would take away the point of this machines compact form. It is the simplest machine to fill and monitor as all you do is to gently pull it from the back, slip open a rubber flap, fill and recluse. Easy, safe and water tight. Then just push it back into place on the steamer, press start and within seconds it's ready to go. The cord is quite long enough for most needs, it folds up closely for storage and isn't one of those thick, ungainly iron style cords. It looks quite sturdy and doesn't get tangled in use. I appreciate how quickly it is ready to perform, the power shop of steam is fast and efficient. I also love how fast the steam stops when you take your finger of the button, this is a great safety feature as others seem to dispense steam for a while after you turn them off. This is within seconds, very quick but also still ready to go ahead when you are ready. The machine does stay hot for a while after use but this is perfectly normal, after all it's heating water very fast. I also appreciate how easy it is to stand up on it's water tank whilst cooling down. It's simple to let it stand quietly while it cools, then put it into it's tidy bag which fits both the folder machine and it's whole cord. Overall a very pretty steamer with safety features that actually just does it's job, simply and efficiently.

Build quality is really nice. This is my first steamer so maybe my expectations were too high, but this struggles to get deep creases out, however it is really good for most creases and for me, much less of a pain than ironing.

Great little device if like me you put more creases in than out when ironing . I live in a flat with not so great storage , and being a single guy for most of it hating ironing and just making do with however my clothes dry living a simple life . Nowhere to put an ironing board and not wanting to touch an iron . Life moves forward and as your kids get older and need a shirt for school and you find a woman and she wants everyone to look nice , sometimes you just have to find a way to keep everyone happy , so I picked this up and expected nothing but sorrow and a tacky product that didn't work , but at least I could say I tried .... It's like a little hand held wizard , it actually works , even me , yes me who may aswel be ironing with a warm brick can now make things look presentable, quick and easy to use , lightweight, comfy to hold and feels quality . The results of the iron or steam are really impressive . If I had to moan like I do at everything I'd say the water tank is maybe a little small you can only get 2 or 3 items per tank unless I'm just being overly generous with the steam , and as a note make sure you wear the tiny funny looking glove they give you as when the steam hits you will know about it . That's a gripe for me and my manly man sized hands the little heat glove is pretty small so I'd suggest picking one up elsewhere . But overall if you want something to travel with , don't have much space or just need something to get you by , then this is definitely the product to have.

What a great little steamer. The design is very pretty, colour scheme is so fashionable, and a cord is very long. It removes wrinkles very quickly and adjusts heat to the most suitable range. It's either eco or higher level, but it doesn't stay on higher for too long and goes down to the eco so it's not too hot and not damaging for clothes. There's no water leakage, only tiny bits at the beginning when the steamer is heating up. Two different sizes of water holders are amazing, it depends of how many products you decide to steam, you can choose one, or like me, fill up both to save time. Also the protective glove and matt, which are also holders for the steamer and for the accessories, are very useful and well designed. The only problem can be with a scale production over time, but usually the initial burst of steam removes it well. In overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, as it's easy to use, intuitive without unnecessary amount of programs, pretty light and well made.

Really good handheld steamer. It heats up quickly and removes wrinkles well. Easy to use and does the job nicely. The only downside is that it’s a bit heavy to hold for longer periods. Overall, still a great product!

Leaks sometimes and sometimes you have to do one area multiple times. However very time saving.

Happy with my purchase! It works very well for my need of occasional light ironing. I like the mat & gloves, really useful & the water tank with 2 different capacities is very handy. I would highly recommend this model/option over the others where some accessories aren't included.

This is a good looking, compact handheld steamer. Unfortunately I was completely unaware that I was purchasing from UK so it requires a compatible power adapter to use in Australia. My bad! I’m sure it’s going to work really well, once I buy the adapter.

Really great! Easy to use, quick to heat up. It’s obviously not an iron, but it straightens clothes really well. Great alternative to ironing which I hate. It also have a very cute colour. The only qualm I have, is the small reservoir. You can only do a garment and a half at a time on the tank.
