Very pleased with this neck fan. Cools very effectively even on the low setting and charge lasts all day. No more having to wait hours for a recharge to cool me down again. The cool plate is a real bonus and gives instant relief. I thought it might be uncomfortably cold on the skin but it definitely is not and is a very instant and comfortable cooling effect. An excellent product.

Wasn't sure if this would be a bit of a gimmick, but wow, it actually works! That little cold plate on the back is amazing, feels like holding a cool drink against your neck. Like a lot of people, I'm trying to keep cool during these heat waves. I got this as it seemed a good hands of approach at helping to keep my face cool, but! It keeps parts of your back neck and up to your ears coolish with a nice airflow. It is not quiet, but has a constant fan / air sound, but this I am used to. Unfortunately it fails to keep my forehead cool as I would like, so it keeps dripping sweat, this is using the lowest setting. If you increase the fan speed yes it gets better, but don't expect it to last all day if out for a long walk. And on fastest setting it runs the battery down quite a bit quicker. On lowest setting you can get a good days use out of it, but you compromise on cooling. It has been a reliable product, weight being not to heavy, with a good variety of speeds, but with that comes increased noise and reduced battery life. The neck plate works well, wish it was longer, but the coloured lights are a bit naff in my opinion. It is simple to use and recharge.

I bought this mainly as a fan but the cooling plate is really helpful at quickly cooling you down. It’s a simple product that’s effective and easy to use. I like that the battery display gives you a percentage so you know how charged the device is and it also lets you know what settings you’ve set for both the fans and the cooling plate. It’s relatively lightweight but powerful without being overly noisy. Highly recommended.

Don't do what I did, and on first use have the air vents pointing downwards - d'oh! Once I put on the right way around, it works well. Easy to understand buttons. Three settings each for the fan and the cooling plate behind your neck, so it's all adjustable. I would say the cooling plate is definitely the game changer over a standard hand held fan. The motor sound level I would describe as comparable to travelling in a passenger jet once its levelled out at cruising altitude. You notice it at first, but your mind soon tunes it out. Well made and decent value for money. Rechargeable, so no batteries. Overall, I am pleased and am happy to endorse.

Fantastic product, cools down quickly. The airflow is pretty impressive and the cold plate on the back gets lovely and cool. The different speed settings are great going from different speeds. It fits my 3 year old and my 35 year old 6'4" husband with ease and evryone else inbetween. It's slightly noisey but its not too bad and is bareable. Great for working in a hot kitchen.

Product overheated on lowest settings in under 20 minutes. My neck was burned. This product needs to be recalled and I will be reporting it to trading standards. I was scared it was going to catch fire while I was on the tram. It is also difficult to turn off, which in this case...was an emergency.

Works great, sadly I got the 4400 mAh version despite buying it new (not as new or used, because I read in the description that it could be the 4400 mAh version then instead of the 6000 mAh version). My main reason I picked this item was the battery capacity so it's 3.5/5 stars for me (but I'll round up).

This neck fan has been a lifesaver, especially in the Texas heat. It’s lightweight, surprisingly powerful, and doesn’t make a ton of noise like some other portable fans I’ve tried. The battery lasts way longer than I expected, and I love being able to stay cool while walking around, traveling, or chasing after my toddler outside. Estetycznie wygląda, można nawet powiedzieć że udaje produkt premium. Działa jak należy i jest wygodny, szczególnie świetna jest chłodząca płytka na karku. W tej cenie znośnie głośny wiadomo że na najwyższym trybie wiatraki słychać ale na 1 jest ok. Bateria przy najbardziej komfortowym dla mnie ustawieniu czyli 1 tryb wiatraków i 3 tryb płytki wystarcza na jakieś +/- 4 godziny. Jedyne do czego możnaby się przyczepić to średnica, jak dla mnie nieco za mała przez co daje głównie w uszy i boki a nie w twarz
