Great starter paddle! It’s lightweight and is very forgiving. It gets great spin and control, but isn’t super stable in a hands battle. Add some lead to the sides and the stability will significantly increase. I ended up buying the Enhance Sweetspot Pro for the longer handle, but I had a great time with this Selkirk paddle.

Bought this as my first "real" paddle and am very pleased with the performance. There is great control and "touch", but I have since learned, as I play more, that I am more of a power player. The paddle is a hybrid but I believe I will start looking for a paddle designed more towards the power end of the spectrum.

I am a 2.5 player and this racket is an improvement over the pickleball paddle i was using. Have more control and better feel.

What a great paddle. It really improved my game. Nice grip, well balanced and perfect weight. Part of my game is a backhand spin - this paddle really helped improve it. I wish it came with a head cover.

Wow this is a definite upgrade from the other 2 paddles I had. Love the handle and feel while playing. And this has more power it took a few games to get used to it. Selkirk has delivered an outstanding bang for your buck paddle. I am very impressed and will definitely help you get to the next lv!!

Got this paddle for my wife who started getting into pickleball more lately. She was using a cheaper beginner paddle and wanted and wanted an upgrade that wasn’t going to break the bank. This paddle was a game changer on day 1. She was crushing hits and had so much more control on her hits as well. If you’re looking for an intermediate paddle that is cost effective and will help improve your game, this is the paddle for you!

It’s hit the ball every time I made contact

I had my eye on this paddle and a couple of others for a while when this one went on sale, so I jumped at the opportunity. It really is a great paddle, the grip size works for me as does the weight and balance of the paddle overall. The paddle surface does lend itself to being able to provide some good spin, but actual control of the ball is still up to the player in my opinion. Again a great paddle for the money.

I was really excited to receive this bat but when it arrived the paddle was scratched and the handle was dirty. It looked like someone had already played 10 games of pickleball with it. So I sent it back and got a refund. Very disappointing.

Great paddle for a beginner. You sure know when you hit that sweet spot!
